10 out of 5. So Charlie says. We called ahead to book a table on Saturday night. From the word go the staff couldn't have been nicer. 2 adults and 2 children. What a lovely atmosphere there. The kids were so well looked after and the staff interacted with them so well....even when it was ramblings about the visit to WB Harry Potter studios. The food was, without question, fabulous. Even the kids (only had chicken nuggets and chips) were raving about it.The place is so homely, friendly and inexpensive.I recommend it without reservation.Thank you for a lovely evening and meal.(The crazy Irish family)

Absolutely terrible! Not authentic in any way. Arayes was disgusting with barely any meat in there. Shish tauok chicken was flattened, rubbery and dry. Houmous tasted stale. Avoid this place if you are looking for Lebanese food.

Served microwaved watered food! The only good thing about this place was the service. The lady who served us was very friendly and attentive, 5 stars for her! The food however was disappointing, my vegetable moussaka was microwaved. I heard the microwave ping 2 minutes before my food arrived (as the kitchen is directly above the dining area) my food was also cold in the middle which again further proves that the food was microwaved and not made fresh. We also had the kibbeh, calamari and chicken shawarma which was average at best, really nothing special about this place at all to be fully honest. I felt insulted being served microwaved moussaka and will not be returning. Please also can someone tell me what the water on my plate was? 🤮

Went out with my BF for a dinner. What a great little hidden place. Food is delicious and service is fantastic. You can bring your own alcohol with a charge of £2. Highly recommend Nana’s restaurant. We will be back ☺️

We’ve been in Nana’s many times, always absolutely fantastic! Food is always great and service is fantastic. Very cosy little hidden place with very nice terrace in the back of the restaurant. You can bring your own wine or beer just for little fee. Highly recommended… Will be back soon!

We hadn't been to Nana's for several months due to the covid situation. But last week it was a pleasure to go back. It was always full of people but always the same warm welcome from the couple of owners and the waitress. As usual the food was perfect.

Lovely place, good delicious food with good portion size alongside the atmosphere and customer service. Downside is the payment method - you only accept cash and the nearest cash machine is chargable. We sometimes have to drive past Nana's because we don't simply carry cash. Get with the times Nana! Recommend you provide card payments as an option - otherwise you'll be losing customers.

Fantastic food and shisha lounge. Amazing menu with so many brands and flavours to choose from. The star buzz carbine shishas are really good and very clean. A must try for shisha lovers and good value for money.

I have been eating here and getting collections for about 4 years. The staff are really friendly, the food is reasonably priced and have big food portions. The atmosphere at nanas is amazing, I would highly recommend coming here especially for parties. Shisha flavours are really good and last a very long time.

Nice cosy, little hidden gem of a place. Food was good value, though it was cold by the time it got to us. Particularly the waffle! There’s a sheesha lounge at the back, decorated with fairly lights. Remember to bring your own bottle, and they only accept cash.
