Nando's - Watford in Watford

The food is really worst and not cooked, very disappointing

I ordered food from this nandos and they delivered it to a completly wrong addressa dj i did not get my food. I saw the rider drive past my house. He then marked the order as complete. I came out my house to see where he was and he drove right past me and ignored me when i tired to flag him down. When i called to complain/ get my money back, they hung up on me twice.

Ordered delivery, but was missing a few items.Nandos company policy is to refund the missing items. I don't know about anyone else but when I order a meal. I'm expecting a meal not part of a meal. And no I'm not happy with a refund of the missing items. I just want what I paid for.Why would nandos choose to punish it's customers for their staff incompetence is beyond me.

Ordered from deliveroo. They had missing items. Its fine it happens. But then the salad in the pitta was out of date- it was rotten. Then the halloumi was gone off also....it was sour. Literally took a picture of it and sent it via customer service on the deliveroo app. Full refund was given. Even they could see how bad it was just by a picture. Shame on these guys. They know exactly what they did.

Large Nando's branch towards north of Watford High Street, there is another branch nearer the station. Satisfactory lunch and for mid week quite busy. However still plenty of seating. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Good service. Packed to the brim on a Friday evening but thanks to the amazing staff, didn't have to wait long to get a table. Ambiance was okay and the chicken was amazing. The sauces were zingy, spicy, savory and not as hot as expected. Flavorful package overall.

I can't fault the food here but the service was slow. When we arrived we were not greeted by the lady at the door and we were ignored by her until she started seating other people and I had to point out to her that she had not put us in the online queue they have set up for seating. There wasn't an apology and she seemed absolutely miserable. I would really suggest Nando's puts someone else with better customer service skills on the door.There was plenty of seating still available but about a twenty minute wait to be seated which suggests to me that they were short on serving staff. The food took half an hour to arrive after ordering. The total time taken from walking in to getting my food served was an hour which wasn't ideal. No one checked if my food was okay after being served. They had ran out of chicken thighs so I couldn't get what I wanted from the menu.It was the first day of Ramadan, shortly after sunset when we arrived so maybe there were more customers than what they would usually expect at that time of the evening.The decor and ambiance is nice, the rest of the staff were friendly and the food was the good standard you expect from a Nando's.

Just love the food. The chicken is so juicy it literally melts in the mouth. The corn with butter on it is overwhelming 🤤🤤

Beautiful ambience and very helpful staff. I'm glad we are back to ordering at the til after freedom day of lockdown. Keep up the good service.
