Pepe's in Watford

Great food and friendly staff. Me and the family come here every time we come shopping. The paneer rice was out of this world and they also mixed the flavours on the chicken wings on our request as my son wanted 2 flavours together.

Paneer rice I had was good but i think little over priced. Other wise good place to have food. Should try.

Absolutely shocking food quality. Their peri chicken was boiled and was in a sort of disgusting gravy rather than being actual peri peri chicken. Have filed complaint with Uber Eats - would highly suggest you avoid ordering from here.

Open till late. If you like spicy, try peri-peri fries.

Customer service has always been top notch. Their rice box is always a good portion size!

I call this place, Pep Fraudiola...If the Pepes on Whippendell Road is the Real Pepe Guardiola this place is an absolute FRAUD.Pepes on Watford highstreet, is an embarassment to the Pepe's brand. I eat at Pepes every single week but this shop on the high street is a stain on this company who will lose many loyal customers.If you've been you'll know there's no difference between extra hot and mild, the spicy gravy is diluted to a disgusting degree and they didn't even spare the poor garlic sauce.The best thing about this place is the soft drink, but they still got me a Pepsi max when I ordered a Regular coke.Disgrace!

Ordered a chicken wrap for take away and I had to wait 30 minutes for it just to be disappointed… the chicken was tasteless and the entire wrap was tasting really bad…I would never buy from them again! Bad customer service as well.

Ordered chicken and rice, was disgusting. Had to throw the whole thing away. Customer service is not the best as well, used to be good but not anymore.

I've asked for HOT flavoured wings twice, and got plain twice. The staff don't listen or care lol, I repeated 'are they hot flavour' 3 times. Stick with Whippendale Road!
