Nice coffee shop but they need to fix their opening hours. It closes very early everyday and completely closed on Sundays - it doesn’t make sense

·

Good peaceful in early and it got busy.

Worst pret I’ve been to. Horrible rude service, it feels like you’re bothering them by being a customer. NEVER offer iced drinks and “baristas” work at snail pace.

The placed looked clean, but the toilets were disgusting, there was no hand sanitizer anywhere in the shop, no cleaning took place while we were in the shop. We sat for a good hour, the coffee was hot but the sandwiches were not very tasty. I spoke to 2 different couples who were also sitting in and they were not happy about the food or service.I personally think it's busy because of the name and everyone thinks it's a better coffee shop than the rest, but there was triple the amount of selection of food in the coffee shop opposite, and the other place is cleaner.I wouldn't done in here again

This company discriminates against customers by not offering full cream milk. I am extremely annoyed that I'm being told that full cream milk isn't good for me. I did call them but they weren't interested. Who do they think they are?I will never pass through their doors again.Full cream milk is actually good for you. Many years ago it was considered bad but that advice has now changed completely. On the plus side they have a nice set-up and their coffee is reasonable but it could be smoother with full fat milk.

Great place. Helpful staff. Safety procedures followed.Really good healthy options. Variety of delicious soups we became fans of.The Chicken Laksa, Chicken and Veg, and Chicken Katsu Curry Soups are amazing. While the vegan options are really good,They have revamped their collection of sandwiches and baguettes. We also love their Iced Chai Latte apart from their usual coffees and teas.Really popular among local during lunch time. They have more quieter spaces upstairs.

Nice coffee, nice chocolate croissant and a comfy chair. Perfect for a mid-morning break.

·

Rarely offer iced beverages, never serve the hot beverages as they are shown on the posters (mug with cream and sprinkles), can't really recommend them or their subscription! Staff are nice enough, but probably best picking somewhere else to spend your lunch break

Gone a little downhill after the pret coffee subscription started and the replaced the manual coffee machines with auto ones. Often run out of smoothies etc. The actual place is nice and have plug sockets so you can bring your laptop and work etc.

It's a regular old Pret. Service was a bit slow and they ran out of chocolate to make a hot chocolate. So my daughter was a little disappointed. This has to be one of the shabbiest Prets I have been to.Good was fresh and good as expected from a Pret.
