Didn't enjoy the visit...asked for a pecan and maple syrup shake they didn't have pecans so added peanuts without asking me. The peanuts were so old and off...tasted awful and bitter. They gave me a replacement when asked, so thanks there. Also cup is not filled to the top. Would expect a lot better for the price paid.

I just visited Shakeaway in Watford Town Centre &, unfortunately, I'm quite upset by the experience.I had my 3 month old baby in a sling & thought I'd pop out for some much needed fresh air. I ordered the Harry which is a frozen yogurt off their menu consisting of frozen yogurt, topped with banana, honey & chopped nuts.I was served a cup of slop. Nothing frozen about it. I addressed this to the young lady who served me & her answer was 'I'm not sure why it's all melted, it must be because of the honey'...errr OK.I asked if she could make me another one as this was not frozen yogurt. The attitude which followed was really shocking. She huffed & puffed, made exactly the same slop & handed it over without making eye contact. I didn't have the energy to point out that this was little more than cold milk in a cup.I don't understand why she took it so personally. If the customer orders frozen yogurt, the minimum you should do is to give them frozen yogurt!Unfortunately, will not be coming here again.

Absolutely lovely milkshake! The best shake ever! Lotus biscoff with gold bar and hob nobs.... topped with whipped cream and flake! Top customer service too. Thanks and see you again soon!

Busy Shake venue, central location, amazing Shakes for good prices. Check out the limited edition Autumn menu!!

Great smoothie and shake place. I like the Josie one. One let down from that place is the staff, they never smile or seem friendly, serious when taking your order and serious dispatching it. I know they serve cold drinks but their attitude to customers should be warm and friendly. Also why not fill the shakes to the top instead of leaving one 5th of the cup empty?

Good selection of shakes, but it can take time for them to process. There were three members of staff without a clear system in place for securing orders for customers. Shakes were, as you might expect, slightly more expensive, however were good.

Can't believe they have almost 200 different flavours!!! It's gonna take a long time before we've tried them all! Really love the location, ties in perfectly after we've enjoyed some dinner down the High Street. They've also got a loyalty scheme so collect those stamps for even better deals!

Tried this place out with my 14 year old. I had hot chocolate which was stone cold and my daughter has an oreo milkshake. It was extremely expensive £7 for 2 drinks.Drinks are served in small paper cups, the type you'd get in a fast food shop. The staff were unwelcoming and i deffinately would not go back .

Just been there today to spend my Tesco Clubcard vouchers. I spent two vouchers without issues at £5 each to get two shakes. My husband joined us few minutes later and went to spend a 3rd voucher only to be told it is worth £3. Exactly the same voucher wasn't honored to its full value of £5.The man behind the counter did not have any explanations to offer to the difference. That aside, tables were dirty- No one bothers to tidy and clean the small space they have, three people were struggling to get orders and it wasn't even that busy. The milkshakes (ordered Janet) are cocktails of E-numbers/ fat and we didn't manage to finish half of each milkshake. No management, untidy, unhealthy drinks- Save your dosh, time and health!
