Couldn’t find a number for head office so they could deal with this internally so posting in public it is!The company advertises on their site that they have the highest standards of service. However, walking past the venue just before 5pm, music with explicit lyrics including p***y, n****r and other foul language was blaring through the speakers mounted outside the venue for passers by to hear including children! Hardly high standards!

Pouncy hipster place. Must have run out of glasses when I was there as they were serving drinks in baked bean tin cans not actual glasses like any other normal place might thankfully the can had been cleaned out first so one star for being clean.Lots of large screens with flashing lights you know to help you enjoy your night

There aren't many places that do what this place does. It has a midweek 50% off happy hour on EVERYTHING. The cocktails aren't pre-made, the shots aren't watered down and the Peroni is 2.60 a pint. It's a brave offering and it needs to be supported or your post work drinks wiĺl be limited to walkabout or spoons

I have recently visited this Bar for Happy hour which is advertised outside as 'Monday to Saturday from 5pm'.This inticsed myself and a Friend to go in. We arrived before 11pm but were met outside by bouncers asking for proof of identification. I am quite aware this is now standard and was not an issue initially but did take some time. Inside the Bar we were met with a large group ordering and with two Bar staff attending to them and one other visitor, we had quite a wait before we were served. Once we were acknowledged I asked the Bar Man about the 50% off drinks offer to know if this included all drinks and he said it's no longer available. I asked him what time this offer ended and why that information is not stated outside the Bar on the poster that had caught our eye on the way through. He told me it had ended at 11pm and it was now 11.03pm, that was all. The fact that the offer could not be honoured knowing we were there before 11pm for our drinks as himself and his colleague had seen us walk in before this time is quite sad. We were waiting patiently to be served and the group served before us and the other to be served before had received this offer without question. It was clear we were in attendance before the 11pm cut off which we also made clear to him with no avail - Bar personnel should be taking note of who is at the Bar at 11pm on cut off. It shouldn't be that if you're waiting to be served (with VERY slow service might I add and a lot of unrelated gossip whilst getting the drinks for customers) close to the cut off and they don't get to you until after that you lose out. It's not right - I think most would agree. I have given management a chance to redeem themselves via email and will edit my review accordingly dependant on the response.

We are sitting in a completely empty bar watching 3 barman have a chat. It's happy hour and there's not a soul in here. So we've ordered at the bar (took a while because they needed to finish their chat) and now we know why it's empty. Luke (quite happy to give me his name) has to be the most miserable unwelcoming barman ever. Clearly he wasn't picked for his sparkling wit and customer service, and he does not want to be here. Soon we realise, we don't either, and nor does anyone else.Cocktails once ready were left on the bar to get warm. There is still no one in here. But it's more than Luke's jobs worth to tell us the drinks are ready, or God forbid actually bring them over. So we collect them. And boy then Luke springs into action - he comes straight over to say and I quote "The drinks aren't free guys"Very proud of himself.Wow we can add cocky AND rude to his other qualities. He doesn't bother clearing the dirty glasses on the other tables, and skulks off to hide out the back of the bar.So this is the bar advertising itself as the place to come for after work drinks and happy hour? Is that ironic? Never has so much happy been sucked out of one hour.Half price drinks? Even if they were free I wouldn't come back and we certainly won't be bringing friends and the after work drinks colleagues for birthdays, leavingDos, xmas parties. I give it 6 months tops.

Cool bar quiet when i was there on a friday. Toliets are through their rentable area which might awkward if it was rented for a party. But it wasnt when i was there. Good music and although it is more a sit down place there was room to dance when the rhythm (/alcohol) takes you.

Great beers and great prices during happy hours! One of the best bars in Watford! Some of the staff could do with being a bit more friendly though!

Had a work do booked here and was a great time! We had ping pong, an old bumper car for photos with and not a bad bar. Only downside Is, although the upstairs was booked, people had to pass through this room to use the toilets (non downstairs)

Good for happy hour, can always get a seat. Older crowd than other places which is good. Staff make decent cocktails compared to the other high street bars
