Spacious with second level sitting. The staff that served us is friendly and accommodating. The food was good. I got the chicken with sesame from the appetizer section then I ordered fries too. The portions of the food are good. I was satisfied with the quality of food they served and it tasted good too. Sorry I didn't have pictures

I had a great lunch there with a friend. Portions were a good size and the food tasted good The staff were very friendly. I treated myself to an ultimate strawberry daiquiri. It is huge!! But more like a slushy with hardly any alcohol.Overall a nice place to eat.

Amazing food and even more amazing service. We went for the avocado with tortilla chips, seame chicken strips, lemon garlic chicken and chocolate fixation cake with ice cream.Good portions, authentic flavours as expected. The ambience was great and will transport you to the diners of America.Would highly recommend.

My caesar salad that I received from this branch of TJI Friday's in atria Watford basically a plate of lettuce with some caesar dressing for the price of around £6 luckily enough I'd ordered some sweet potato fries which were really nice shame about the salad

The overall experience was fine and the staff were very nice but everything seemed to move very slowly. Perhaps it was a busy evening as the staff did seem quite stressed, which is understandable. The location is comfortable and the food is pleasant (although unsure about the boneless wings but that's a personal preference). The only significant problem was that there seemed to be a mouse on somebodies coat, I'm sure it came from outside but it did worry me a little.

Great experience, booked a kid's birthday celebration. Very busy but went smoothly considering time of year. Staff member Naphia outstanding along with her 2 colleagues who looked after us. They definitely deserve recognition for their swift way of smoothing out the initial (front of house) staff member's mistake of splitting the kids seating into 3 separate tables. Management reseated us together and all went well.

Very slick and polite service, I can't fault that at all, but the food was quite disappointing.I get it's a fast food chain, and maybe you get what you pay for, but when the nachos arrived some were warm, some were cold and the presentation of the burger (see image) looked like no effort was put into preparing it, or making it look appetising. I love a good burger, but this wasn't one of them. It ended up being a real chore to eat, and I left half of it.The Oreo milkshake was the best part of the meal!
