Topps has been our go-to pizza takeaway place since we moved to the area 2 years ago. We must have ordered at least 15 times and I never expected such poor customer service as I experienced this time. My husband asked for our pizzas to be extra cooked. The special was well done on the top but the dough was completely raw inside, I’ve included a photo. The veggie pizza was supposedly well done too but you can see the difference in colour compared to the special. I could live with the veg pizza if the manager hadn’t jumped at his own defence telling me that this happens when it’s over cooked and there’s nothing they can do. Eventually just put the phone down completely confused listened to the manager’s excuses and that’s 2 pizzas gone to waste. No offer to remake our order or a refund. Completely unprofessional in my opinion and won’t be ordering from here again.

The best local pizza which is delivered in my opinion, with some good bundle offers when hosting larger groups and a variety of toppings. Delivery is always on time or early too

Great taste lovely Pizza, the Crust was so crispy and the Cheese just melted in the mouth. Loaded with Meat and Veggies need to visit this place again.

We have ordered pizza from here regularly through the years but the quality and the customer service has just gone down hill. To the orders being wrong and the staff taking no responsibility for it and leaving us with the wrong pizzas. Ridiculous! We ordered chicken tikka chicken for our topping and normally it's red when I called them they asked if it was red I said no they put me on hold for afew seconds said it's definitely chicken tikka and ended the call. The chicken is obviously plain. Pics attached...

Good pizza for good price. Staff is always nice even when your drunk and blabbering utter nonsense. Always find myself here at 3 am after a night out on Friday or Saturday
