Tortilla in Watford

Ordered grilled chicken bowl through click and collect and when I got home, found there was no chicken in it! Tried calling and no answer, emailed and no response.Never again!EDIT: You mention in your response to give feedback online, but I have already done this and have heard nothing back, what's the point if you're not doing anything about it.

Nice, fresh and tasty food. Fast service. Mistake in my water, given a still instead of sparkling and noticed when drinking.Slow to clear tables..

The store was clean and well presented - the food was hot, looked great and made up well. Customer service lacked slightly, real mix of team - some super friendly and helpful, one guy in particular just plain rude. But then again, I didn't go there to make friends. Food was great 👌

It is truly the best tortillas I have ever eaten for a long time.I am eating it a 5 start as I would describe the food a absolutely scrumptious.

Visiting Watford for the football so called in here. Loved it! Both of us had the burrito (medium and large). I had beef filling which did drip out but wasn't a problem. Filling, tasteful and value for money. Lady serving us was very polite and friendly.

Amazing food. Asked for some recommendations of Malmuna and it was great. She's very polite with brilliant customer service. I'll definitely be coming back

Poor service and food given in card board boxes instead of plates. Not very helpful staff and dirty tables. Won't be going there again! The harrow branch was miles better and staff were more polite and friendly.

I have been to lots of tortillas. And sadly my local one is shocking.Dirty tables and toilets staff not very welcoming and rude. Food was very poor, order was wrong and portion small. Staff was using bad language. I certainly won't be back to this branch again.

These places are always good, but at this one the server didn't wash his hands when he arrived to serve me (from doing other things), made my wrap without gloves, grabbing ingredients like cheese and lettuce with his bare hands.Won't go again.

AMAZING service from MAIMUNA!! She served me and she was very lovely, it was my first time eating there and I wasn’t sure what to order she gave me a really good recommendation. I ate in and she was very friendly and came over while sitting down and asked how my meal was. thank you for the recommendation M. Will b visiting you again 😉
