OK let me start with, food is good as far as I recall from my previous dining however awful service. Gone on fathers day with family friends i.e. 6 of us includinv 2 kids and was left waiting while everyone had their dinner my starters and main course didn't come. In the end I had to leave without eating. Awful and messed up. They have been prioritising dilevaroo etc and forgetting about their guest. I can see other tables after me been served as well. Either chef forgot about my order or they just don't care. Not 1st time I had this issue and every time they hide behind the same excuse that dishes will come when they get prepared. We'll hello 45 min to get one main course? Stop giving excuses... awful experience and spoilt father's day celebrations with my daughter. Won't recommend of you like being served meal with others on ur table

Wagamama never disappoints you.😀😀You keep coming back and people love to queue for the amazing quality of food and service. This time we tried the Prawn Kushiyaki, Chicken Gyoza, Chicken Raissukari, Firecracker Chicken, Chocolate Orange Cake and Smoked Chocolate Caramel Cake. The green tea helped us to stay warm and fresh.Nicely located next to the Atria Watford and close to the Watford High Street station.

Great service and made up for the extra waiting. The manager at watford went above and beyond to make my twins and us comfortable. We had to wait extra long outside due to staff change over and lack of staff to take orders but where the lacked staff they made up for being attentive. They had run out of chillies but offered to give me extra chillimen sauce. We love the garlic and chillie edamama but since kids don't eat spicy food so she gave us the sprinkle on the side. I accidently ordered the wrong meal since they out of udons and when it arrived realising it wasn't correct and I told her it was my fault. She offered to give that meal for free and also sent over the correct one. Would definately go back their again

Always good food but when asked if able to do a kids size portion of a normal meal recipe, was told no bit then would do it as "good will gesture" and not to "expect it again" by manager...I presented medical card which showed I had stomach removed, and was treated as of I was a problem. All in all, this WAS my favourite restaurant and food has always been good but due to experience, I'll be finding a new favourite place and not going back.

First time at Wagamamas.. Really welcoming, our waitress was so lovely and recommended food to us, the food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. The food was so lovely. Great value for money and probably one of my favourite restaurants now. Highly recommend.

We frequent this location when we are in Watford. The service is prompt and friendly, and the noodles are great. A must try!

Lost my wagamama virginity here, safe to say I’ll be back! First off, I’m vegan and the sheer choice of plant based food at wagamama is awesome! Gone are the days of bland vegan food, everything had great flavour!I opted for the spiciest vegan “chicken” ramen bowl, after being warned of the spice level. However it wasn’t that spicy, maybe my tolerance is high? But don’t let it put you off, go for it!I don’t usually leave reviews for chains but this is a rare exception, I’ll definitely be going to wagamama again!10/10 - the server was also VERY helpful and polite.

What a great place to eat! Food was delicious, even their vegan options. There is really good children's menu. Staff were friendly.
