I’ve just been served by Paula and the girls in the shop in Watford. I haven’t used the app before but they all were so helpful to help me understand I will certainly be back as now I know how to use it.

Profit profit profit. Customer "care" meanwhile going downhill. Profit y/e 2020 £2.5m, 2021 £4.2m. Director pay around £1 million. Net assets increase from 6 to 9 million. 50%. I've been using Wenzels for a good 15 years. Last week I ordered a bacon baguette meal deal. Cold. I live 200 metres from the shop. I was hungover. Today I've walked down to the store and bought it, walked home, cold. The bacon is cold, the ketchup is cold, the bread half baked. £5.50 meal deal? The coffee is half full. As it was before! When you order online, a meal deal is 7.45 + 0.55 small order fee. So there is a 45% price increase from £5.50 to £8.00 on Deliveroo. Plus a £1 delivery fee, even though you've spent £8 and have Deliveroo plus. How can you increase your prices by 45% ? Are Deliveroo taking 1/3rd of your revenue? I doubt it given your size. I'm bored of the price hikes, the taking advantage of customers through price rises, the boring food and lowering quality and quantity as you hike your prices even as you better your economies of scale and are vertically integrating. Even planning to take over land near head office to lower your costs further. People can make what you have, at home, for 10% of the cost. You might be convenient but not enough so for your prices. Even a sausage roll is £1.20 ? What's the Jamaican patty... £3.50 ? Don't know, never bought one. By the way I earn a good salary 5k a month, I'm just not being ripped off whilst Wenzels double their profits (according to their accounts) and give me half a coffee, which on it's own would be £ 2.20, and the cup is about 350ml filled to about 250ml. This has happened in more than 1 store. Even the baguettes are smaller. I'm just done now. Don't get your PR team to reply, change your prices, otherwise I don't care. People say diesel etc. is going up, don't feed that rubbish please. It's all about the money for you, and me too. Though with regard to the food, some advice, your sausage rolls are nowhere near Greggs. Your tea is awful. Sausages are like plastic. The most interesting brie/cranberry festive baguette comes out for a few weeks a year. Everything else is becoming very boring and greedily expensive. Goodbye Mr. Wenzel. ONE LAST THING notes to your financial statements say one risk of business is "recruiting talented staff". Most of them are Eastern European women, who are very good at cooking and cleaning. How can you say that you have trouble finding people TALENTED to serve food? Pay them more, train them? How rude! I've used you for 15 YEARS, Ruislip, Eastcote, Harrow, Watford. Your STAFF are not your damn problem 95% of them are BRILLIANT. The problem is top down, not your staff. I also know 2 people that work for you. Brilliant people.

The hot wraps are like crack I can't stop eating them. I wish they were crispier though, is it weird if I ask for that?

Staff here are always friendly. Wenzels used to make the perfect salad for me with everything I like in there but have since changed the menu! I told them I preferred the old salad so they suggest I call before I arrive and they will make it specially for me... and they have done for the past few weeks without fail! Great customer service, food is amazing but the staff at this Wenzels going the extra mile is what makes it 5 stars for me.
