Great shop and always something different every time I go. Just wish the prices were a bit more competitive seeing as though buying direct from them.

Excellent food and service at the Adnams café today. We were seated quickly and staff explained how and where to order. I'd recommend the Suffolk dog; a sausage, cheese and caramelised onion baguette! Filled us up for the day! No children's menu, but ours were happy with slice of cake.

First impressions of customer service in the cafe were incredibly poor. Left at the door to be seated by 3 different staff members all who said we'd be seated shortly, and then went behind the counter for a chat. After finally being told where to sit we were quickly made redundant mid conversion when a regular walked through the door. No more questions could be asked. When at the counter we were left standing for 5 minutes by the staff member behind the counter because we were at the wrong end. When they finally pointed us to the place to order, they walked away rather than serving us. The scone and hot chocolate were decent though. Shop also had a good selection.

Used to have much wider selection of kitchenware and kitchen gadgets. Now it seems to be mostly booze, including four (!) different types of Adnams gin. If you like beer, and I do, it's wonderful. If you like good distinctive kitchenware and merchandise, which I also do... It used to be better.

Cafe was amazing. I've never had Scones as good anywhere else. Lovely staff, very helpful. The shop however seems to have much less of the homewares and dining goods. It has been taken over by wine sales which I was very disappointed with. I went in especially to buy some lovely plates to match my set but nothing.......

This is a lovely little cafe with a good selection of cakes and scones. We had scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam and a couple of pots of tea. Delicious! There is also outside seating and small parking area. The brewery shop has a fantastic selection of wines and spirits and of course, the full range of the famous Adnams beers. A nice range of gifts is also available. Well worth a visit if you're visiting Southwold.

We 've always enjoyed our visits here over the years and loved sitting outside in the garden with coffee and basket of toast, Post-covid has meant a few changes but it's still nice, and I love the pots - pasta dishes etc in vibrant colours. I also bought some sunglasses here which were made from recycled plastic and made in the Adnams blue :-)
