Atlantic fish bar in Waveney

Used to love this chippy, but last 3 orders food missing every time. Food not always fresh and its greasy. Their own website offers 10% off and never works and they say it does, 4 different phones in one household and website still won't work. Just spent £50 on a disappointing family tea good luck with getting 10% off.

Hopeless. Placed an order on their app today at 5.05pm, nothing arrived and called them at 6.25pm. I was told that the order was on its way . This was clearly not true as at 6.55pm my order was cancelled as they were too busy. Certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Very disappointed, me and my boyfriend were hungry and fancied a nice chippy tea. When it arrived the packaging wasn’t just greasy, it was soaked! It looked so wet it looked like someone poured water all over it. The chips had no flavour, the sausage looked off putting and the onion rings were soggy but surprisingly the best thing I ate. Would love a refund but a girl can dream ;) 😂

Been a customer for quite a while but have noticed the prices have gone up, but the quality has gone down judging by recent orders, will be looking elsewhere now .

Quite possibly the best Fish & Chips in Lowestoft. Just polished off a Medium Cod & Chips, great tasting crispy, well cooked Cod & Non-Greasy Chips. 100% will order again, excellent Chip shop

We ordered from just eat at 21:10 and the restaurant ignored and didn t confirmed it probably because they weren t in the mood of cooking anymore as they are closing at 21:30.Very rude and dissapointing, at least change your just eat program.

Unfortunately after a long time of ordering every week I have given up with this fish and chip shop hairs in chips hairs in battered sausage burnt looking chipsSave ur time the stress and order from someone with a better quality finish

Picked up for collection. Staff great in the shop. Overal food tastes great. Can't fault them one bit. Will definitely go again next year when im down

My favourite fish and chip shop! Huge portions, friendly staff and it is delicious. Atlantic is on the Just Eat App but also has their own which has no delivery charge added on I believe. Check it out. Jacket potatoes, pies, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, delivered or go and collect or eat in.
