Beccles Kebab And Pizza in Waveney

The food here is pretty bland and has no personality. Much prefer Chicken 2000.

Just received my order, my sons kebab was missing so called up to be told it will be sent out straight away, 30 mins later it arrived.. cold! Bearing in mind this was a big order to feed 6 of us, we all ate while my son had to sit and wait. Then when the driver brought the food to the door there was no apology what so ever, just handed food over and walked away! Won’t be using these again!

Usually pleased with them but we collect. Tonight we ordered for delivery, phoned after 40 minutes to be told it was not even been prepared yet. Eventually got the order about an hour plus ater, the chicken kebabs were ok , but my large mixed kebabs was not. Lots of done kebab bur no kofta. When I phoned to complain they hung up.

I placed my order at 5.45 told it'd be with us in an hour.Just over hour I phoned them to be told it was on its way and would be within 15mins...food finally arrived at 8.15.Food wasn't hot,one meal didn't have all I asked for and had greaseproof paper stuck to food,and amount of grease running out of takeaway container was disgusting.The kebab we had was cold and the chicken was covered in this gritty stuff which was uneatable. The driver let it slip that food hadn't even been done when I phoned the first time to be told 15mins.I will not be returning or recommending

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. Just to clarify I went twice before actually doing this review, extremely disrespectful towards me and my line of work and then over charged me. Would rather eat brick dust covered in anti-bac than here.

Good food, dreadful customer service and manners.I asked for a minor change to the pizza topping, was told I have to order from the menu.. Eventually someone else came and took my desired order... This however, was much to the obvious disgust of the original person who starting muttering aggressively in another language and shaking his head.Also, my wife's kebab was cold by the time my pizza was cooked - fortunately we were eating once we got home so it could be microwaved.

Absolutely awful service and food!We have used them a few times in the past and it's been just ok.Tonight my son wanted a pizza as a treat so ordered food for all of us, £40 worth.Over an hour after ordering our food still wasn't here so phoned them, they said it was on the way.Half hour later phoned them again, same story, its on its way. 2 and a half hours after our original order, 9 phone calls it finally turned up.Everything was cold! Phoned up, this time we got the manager who basically swore at my missus and hung up! What a man. We shall see if he talks to me the same way face to face.I've now phoned the bank and cancelled the money.Don't use them or trust them.

Stay away on holiday , last night we thought we would have a kebab , so we ordered , extra large doner kebab , extra large chicken and doner kebab and a pepperoni pizza the total was an outstanding £42What turned up was a large doner kebab , large chicken kebab and margarita pizza ,Dont order from this place the food was absolutely dreadful aswelAVOID AT ALL COSTS , HONESTLY YOU WOULD BE BETTER COOKING !!!

Nice food but a little slow. We had pizzas, kebabs and chicken all to a good quality.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!We have used Beccles Kebab for years and have generally been pleased. However, we placed an order recently at 18.30 via their website costing £65. At 20.00 we phoned to chase up our order. Our inquiry was met with very rude responses and they said that they were so busy, the order has left. At 20.30 we phoned again as still no delivery. This time we explained that our children were getting upset as they were hungry! The manager told me to cook something for them!!!! I was very calm and asked for his help, we wouldn't have minded a late delivery but would have been helpful to receive a courtesy call. Throughout the process of trying to locate our order, we phoned three times, all of which I had to phone back as they hung up on me!!! Eventually the order arrived at 21.05. That's just over 2 1/2 hours wait time. Not good enough :(They have now lost any future business from us.
