Chick King Kebab in Waveney

Unfortunately the food I received on my visit to the shop wasn't great, the chicken was dry and tough, and the potatoes were hard with no flavour. It was a shame because the chicken kebab food I had picked up was very nice

Food was stone cold and ruined by having the sauces squirted all over the food so everything was covered and tasted of just the sauce maybe deliberate to mask the fact it was burnt black in places !!!Rang to tell the restaurant only to be told could I wait 10mins as the boss wasn’t available then just hung up on me !Chucked it all in the bin as it was inedibleHow can anyone run a business like this ?No careNo prideA disgrace!!!I will be warning others

Had a few deliveries from here recently and I was sceptical due to the reviews however I cannot fault it. The best pizza I have eaten in a while. Have put extra stuff in on a few occasions. Hot wings are amazing. Would recommend.

Food took over 2 hours for a couple of meat and chips and a couple of pizzas. Phoned 3 times to get fobbed off. Food was obviously cold when it finally arrived. Thankfully we ordered on just eat and got a refund

Meat was anemic’ no chips ‘ rice was bland / old. Onion rings were soggy and fell apart .Only thing that was nice was the cans of coke . This one goes on my list of not to order again

Love it, we've ordered lots of different things from there from pizza, kebab and jacket potatoes. We've had deliveries from them several times and they've been earlier than expected, never longer than an hour and a half. Last couple of times we've collected in less than 20 minutes, our order was bigger yesterday so we had to wait a little while

We ordered food from here on Christmas Eve that was never delivered, phoned them to complain about this and no refund or apology was given. We were told to contact just eat who said they couldn’t help us because the complaint was made after 48hours (because the restaurant was closed when we tried to ring them over Christmas) we rung them 9 times the night our food wasn’t delivered and were ignored. So we have paid for something we never received and cannot get a refund. Shocking service, rude on the phone when I tried to explain the situation.

Order arrived 35 minutes after stated time. Part of the order was missing. Called immediately to tell them that 2 pieces of chicken were not with the delivery. They were very apologetic on the phone and said they’d get the missing chicken out to me as quick as possible.As I started eating, I began to wish the whole order had been missing, as what was delivered was cold and limp.25 minutes after I had finished eating, 3 pieces of chicken arrived. Turned out to be the best part of the whole meal! Plenty of meat on the fully cooked, hot breast portions - and the reason why I’ve given 2 stars instead of 1.I usually use another local take-away, but since their prices have increased by over 20% because of service and delivery charges, thought I would give my money to somewhere else.In summary:I will try others before using this one again.

Absolute rip off. I just ordered a cheese burger meal deal . Chips were awful 2 different types of them frenchbfrench friesgfries I think and normal ones . Some cooked and some not . Burger was okay lacking in sauce but edible .Meal deal says £5.40 - with can of drink I bought an extra can of drink as I was thirsty at time - £8.10 I was charged. . several people in the take away at the time so I was too embarrassed to say about the price but at-home I did check the latest menu for prices and I can clearly see I was ripped off.Won't be bothering with that take away again

Usually have good service from here but not tonight. Ordered off just eat, and my partner asked for me to put a note to have his kebab meat thin and crispy. It arrived and my chicken was fine (I've always found their chicken to be the tastiest). My partners kebab however was thick, grey and soggy. Safe to say he wasn't happy. He rang them up and told them we had only literally had it delivered. He was looking for it to be replaced by some kebab meat to his liking. He explained to the person on the phone that he had previous experiences with other kebab shops where they put the meat on the grill to crisp it up. The guy on the phone said that we never specified that we wanted it cooked on the grill, we never said it had to be on the grill, just wanted it crispy. He didn't seem overly bothered and he wouldn't replace it so £4 was wasted as neither of us wanted to eat grey soggy meat. My partner ended up going to Lola's kitchen in the end and they were more than happy to cook it to his liking :)
