Chicken 2000 in Waveney

Edit: Had the best experience ever here on Tues. Walked in and had chicken and chips. They fried me up some fresh chips and stacked the box to be super full. They also gave my extra chicken. It was all delicious.Generally quite tasty and decently priced. I find the staff nice enough and have ordered from here for years. I like the fried chicken, chips and spicy hot pizza. I also must must must have chili sauce.

Usually really good, but recently they have been missing things from my order. And not giving the right amount of nuggets for my daughter's meal. Disappointed

Professional, polite, food fine, everybody is respectful and polite unlike Beccles Kebab next door. Not too long to wait at all. Personnel don't mind order changes and will a!ways help you out with add-ons etc.Good, structured food preparation and delivery service or you can pop in and pick up your order or just go and sit. 10 out of 10.

Used this place for years and the latest order was most disappointing. Small portion of over cooked chicken with salad that had seen better days and no notice taken of what salad or sauce was ordered. Also delivered late and cold.

Don't bother with this place. Ordered and told it would be an hour. Hour and a half later we are still waiting. If you can't cope with being this busy, don't take any more orders. Simple. Or at least give an accurate idea of how long it's going to be so we can go elsewhere.Update - Could not get through on the phone so had to go down there. Said order is out for delivery. Went home and waited another 30 mins. No sign of food. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get through. Went down again and told the same. Sat outside and called home and thankfully it did turn up this time. 2 hours and 15 mins after ordering. Absolute shambles.

I had a takeaway delivered today for my 50th birthday with my family. Food hot and tasty and arrived on time, no complaints from all of us.

Pi**ed off is a understament everytime i order from this plave theres always something wrong with my order i even went in to place my order face to face and they got it wrong again food half decent but when i say i want wedges not chips i mean wedegs they have even charged me for wedges too

I’ve been ordering from chicken 2000 since they opened but this new management has put an abrupt stop to that. Avoid like the plague.My pizza arrived without any sauce! Just dough, cheese and toppings.The wedges and kebabs were cold. Also the portion size of the wedges has drastically decreased.I phoned them up immediately to complain and ask for a replacement. The person on the other end of the phone flipped at the idea of a replacement, saying I’m wasting his time and to stop bothering him. After he finished his incredibly rude rant he agreed to send a replacement.2 hours and 15 minutes later still no replacement, so I phoned back up to be greeted by the same rude man! He immediately repeated that I’m wasting his time, and started on with another rude rant. With no replacement meal insight I asked for a refund which instantly got me banned from the establishment.

After ordering the food at 6 oclock and told it would be 45mins to 1hour after 1hour 30 mins a call to shop to be told it's now leaving. Then get a call from driver to say was outside but wasn't 30 mins later it turns up cold after a call to shop again was told I can wait other 45/ 1hour for a new orderTo be sent out if he put it to the front off list ? Very bad phone manner and service

Chips were absolutely appauling. Cold , chewy and almost tasted like they had been re fried again. However, chicken was ok, food arrived on time but wont be ordering from here again unfortunately
