Lovely lunch, tasty, hot and well presented. Coffee delicious. Friendly staff and good service. Will definitely be back and we would recommend to everyone.

Nice place in Southwold. The notice on the door gave the impression that they didn't serve coffee at 12 noon. When we asked, yes they did, so we had a pleasant cup of coffee and a cake.

This was our second visit to Coasters the last being some 5 years ago and the restaurant has had a little refresh. Popular restaurant with a varied menu from fish and chips to prawn curry. Main courses were good, tasty and well presented. Desserts need some work so try the cheeseboard which has a good selection, ideal for sharing. Vast selection of gins and whiskies to choose from.

Absolutely excellent! Impeccable & faultless service, good portions of superbly presented food and a great choice of wines and spirits. Dined in the covered area in individual heated beach huts, a real innovation. Not only that, it was great value as well.

Had a great meal on a Monday evening. Nice size portions. Sausages and mustard mashed potatoes was delicious. Great range of gins available.

Decent cafe, the seafood doesn't seem to be fresh caught though? Tomato soup was more like tinned marinara. It was just OK overall, however decent bar selection from all over the world pushes this review to a 3 star.

Loved this place!! Great cakes, coffee and staff. The decor is amazing too, especially the quirky beach huts out the back top things off well. Will be back.

This is a small restaurant so booking is essential, as is visiting when you are in Southwold. We both has the same meal, sad I know! Started with the whitebait and followed it with the sea bass. Both dishes were delicious. Accompanied with a very nice Shiraz which was very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive.Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant with friendly staff and very good service. The place is immaculate and does not feel like you are crammed in and the decor is very pleasant and relaxing. The attention to detail extended to the outside area with very cute 'beach hut' cubicles and excellent, clean toilets with thoughtful toiletries. The food was very tasty and well presented and freshly cooked. A little gem that is reasonably priced too. Keep up the good work :)

Lovely little restaurant with friendly staff, I wanted a Sunday roast & although the restaurant inside was full we had a pod at the rear, fully covid complaint. I would have given five stars had the lamb not been on the tough side, but it was beautifully cooked with three roast potatoes & plenty of vegetables & Yorkshire pudding, I had to partake in the sticky ginger pudding with ice cream, it was delicious, although expensive was very nice & I would definitely recommend. Mum has limited mobility & they were very helpful in getting Mum to the pod, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, thank you.
