Costa Coffee in Waveney

Service is good and the quality of coffee is to the usual standard of any costa store.The toilets of the cafe are abused by the local undesirables which can really ruin both your experience and appetite. So recommend taking your purchases upstairs away from those constantly popping in to use the lavatories

Lovely coffee as usual. Very poor customer service, young lad on his phone behind the counter and had a very bad attitude.

Grubby, tables left dirty. Place could do with a good clean. Coffee was good.

Been here several times. Only issue I've had is with the card machine not working in store.

Its ok for a quick stop off. No natural light in the seating area unlike a few of the bigger Costa places!

Quite possibly the most unfriendly Costa I have ever been in. I wish I could use "they were busy" as a reason but it we as actually very quiet. The young lady serving could not have been less interested if she tried.

Walked in with my baby in the pram. Staff member kindly helped by bringing drinks to my table. Then another staff member offered me warm water to heat my babies bottle without me needing to ask. Very friendly professional staff.
