Costa Coffee in Waveney

Absolutely awful ,served by 2 Male staff who were the rudest people I have ever been served by,usually I am served by a lady who is lovely,but I have decided to go to Gregg's from now on.

Great place to stop off for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee, snacks. lovely atmosphere friendly staff.

Surprisingly quiet for half term week. Fairly long wait considering we were the only customers eating in.

Often use this Costa in town but past months not been good, but today tried it again, New staff brilliant nice hot coffee and excellent service will use again.

Lovely coffee as usual. Very poor customer service, young lad on his phone behind the counter and had a very bad attitude.

Service is good and the quality of coffee is to the usual standard of any costa store.The toilets of the cafe are abused by the local undesirables which can really ruin both your experience and appetite. So recommend taking your purchases upstairs away from those constantly popping in to use the lavatories

Grubby, tables left dirty. Place could do with a good clean. Coffee was good.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Room acceptable, clean and tidy, restaurant nice with good food.

Walked in with my baby in the pram. Staff member kindly helped by bringing drinks to my table. Then another staff member offered me warm water to heat my babies bottle without me needing to ask. Very friendly professional staff.
