Evergreens in Waveney

The food is good. The staff friendly and polite. But never going back. 95 mins for an order to arrive when we live 2 minutes up the road!! Easier and quicker to go to Aldi and buy something and cook it ourselves. If I wasn't so drunk I would have walked or driven myself :-(

Waited for a delivery for over an hour and a half tonight...showed up after we cancelled...only round the corner and used an excuse about traffic lights! No apology so won't go there again...hungry and angry..

Food is fantastic and the value for money is better than any other Chinese in the area.

Another top notch meal. Best Chinese in town. Absolutely excellent.

Most of the food we got 2nite was nice, son & hubby loved the special fried rice & chicken balls were lush, but the Singapore chowmein was totally inedible. I like spicy & had this a couple of times before & it's been nice but 2nite it was that hot I only managed 1 bite & couldn't eat any more. Even my thia neighbour who loves chilli's couldnt eat it. Go easy on the chilli please.

Our go to take-away in the area. Consistently good, hot food. Large portions with great flavour. The serving staff are pleasant- taking food orders for delivery and collection with accurate time estimates. We will continue to order from Evergreen and encourage others to give it a try.

Dreadful experience. Would never use again. The chilli beef was grey, curry watery - no flavour. Chips and sweet and sour sauce was just about edible. Soft cashew nuts in kung poo chicken which lacked flavour.

Either we caught them on a bad night or others are easily pleased...Awful food ! Ordered a mixed veg curry and special chow mein, chow mein was tasteless to say the least but did have a burnt oil taste. Veg curry was the the most disgusting thing i think ive ever tasted. Water like in consistency and just a slight taste of aniseed, NOTHING like a chinese curry. Will never try again.

Easily the best Chinese we've had in the area - and I believe we've tried them all now! Food is delivered or picked up, waiting times are pretty standard for a take-away and prices reflect a standard across all Chinese in the area.The food was delicious, not too greasy or oily, and came in reasonable portions. The staff on the till were nice.Having looked through the doors into the food preperation area, this looks clean and well organised.Would and will go again and again!
