My delivery arrived with in 10 mins of me ordering said would be 45 /1hr I wasn’t home then when I arrived they brought it back & I said no way I’m eating that now they got really rude & said it was my fault, can food be cooked that quick & delivered 🤷🏼‍♀️

Absolute P$#@£s charged 65 quid. Order short not once but twice. Tried to say sorry by having a cheeryade. Never order or never eat.

I have ordered here regularly for a while now.I used to use others but this is now my new favourite pizza and kebab shop.Staff always friendly on phone and in shop when i have collected.When delivered it is always earlier than expected and steaming hot.Keep it up guys

Ordered a lamb shish and a calzone. What arrived was NOT what I was expecting. Raw dough, garlic mayonnaise, small cubes of packet ham and tons of greasy cheese. It was that greasy it had seeped through the box and into the bag. It wasn’t even a calzone! Lamb shish was raw in middle and fat had leaked from box into bag where stuff was just chucked in.Cold food, disappointed and £20 down I gave up trying to phone the restaurant because they didn’t pick up. Won’t be ordering again.

I've had two orders now and both were superb. Very impressed. Probably the best fried chicken and chips I have ever had delivered in Lowestoft.Amazing work and much appreciated. I'll be ordering from you on a very regular basis.I hope you stay consistent is all. I've known takeaways drop in quality once they know you are a regular customer, or they overload their drivers so by the time the food arrives, it is inedible.

Disappointed. Fancied a change so ordered from Flames. Expensive and poor quality food. The cookie dough was shocking and not tasty at all. For £6.50 I expected far far better. The ice cream supposedly included, plus the extra tub I paid for, didn’t turn up. Chips were plentiful but dry and didn’t taste fresh. My burger was okay, average. Certainly won’t be bothering again anytime soon.

I don’t usually write reviews. Flames had been brilliant I’d eat there so often, customer service was always a 10/10 and still is. I always got the same thing it was amazing! However I ordered this time I got it delivered when I usually collect it, as soon as I bit into my chicken sheesh wrap it was very rubbery only to find out it was raw! I called them and they did deliver another one but if I’m being honest I didn’t eat it. For me that has definitely put me off and I won’t eat from there again. I don’t want to put everyone off as I believe this may have just been a one off as they may have been in a rush etc or a new person could have joined so I don’t know the circumstance. But please Flames probe your meat to double check!
