Focus Organic in Waveney

Focus has a great range of eco friendly products and gifts. The deli section is extensive and you can find some really interesting stuff there.I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the staff. They often seem... uninterested? I've never felt particularly welcome in Focus, the members of staff always seem somewhat surly and depressed. I'll keep using the shop as the stock is so good. But I wish the employees would cheer up a bit.

What a shame such lovely cakes and great coffee is just served in takeaway cups and cardboard boxes even though we were eating in. Very disappointed especially as Focus used to be such a great place to get a fantastic salad and deli foods. Very disappointing.

Lovely shop selling a wide range of organic, glutton free, etc products. Cafe offers small seating area above shop & two tables outside. Lovely cakes to try and wide range of hot drinks. Friendly staff.

Lovely food (we had a variety of giant Scotch eggs) and very decent coffee. Nice ambience, too.

Lovely lunch and a fantastic beer, friendly staff and a great little shop.

Lovely cafe with warm and friendly atmosphere. Generous pot of tea and tasty scone. Very good value for money. The food on display was well presented and very carefully and clearly labelled. The shop has lots of interesting organic and ethically sourced things to buy.

Wow this place is expensive! The food was nice but still does not justify the price. I am all for supporting small independent shops but felt ripped off. It cost £18 for 2 sausage rolls, a lot of tea and a coffee! If prices were realistic I would go back but based on this trip it will be a one off. On then plus side it's a very well stocked wholesome organic vegan gluten free shop.

Excellent coffee. Nice atmosphere. All sorts of interesting and gorgeous things to buy!
