Greasy and stale! Can clearly tell the food has been refried all through the day and possibly longer. Chips have been refried so many times they're burnt and dry and dripping with grease! Batter on fish or sausages is such a dark shade of brown and thick with grease! Owners often arguing with each other in front of customers which makes it an uncomfortable experience. Overall it's always been nothing but a bad experience. Only ever went back as one of my children liked their nuggets and it was easy when visiting the pub next door (which I might add, was always an amazing experience, shame the chippy was such a let down!!)

What a fantastic "proper" fish & Chip shop. Our food was prepared fresh, and was so good and so cheap. If you're in the Halesworth area and are looking for fish and chips THIS IS THE PLACE!

Some of the best tasting fish and chips we've had in years. The chips were just amazing. The friendliest couple who own and run the fish and chip shop. Couldn't ask for anymore!!

If you only try one place make sure it's this. After trying several of the other fish and chips places locally, this place is in my opinion the best! I haven't had chips this good in years now. The owners are really lovely and friendly too, I just wish I had somewhere like this closer to home!!

Lovely little place and the man serving was super friendly. Sausage and chips were fantastic and very well priced for the portion size.Only downside was the bottle of coke i bought was out of date by a month, normally I dnt mind but this was almost flat.

Chips were soggy the fish (scate) was greasy and a lot of well cooked batter on it. Wil not be going here again
