Iconic is clean with modern interior. The food is delicious. The staff are well presented, polite & provide excellent customer service. The prices and deals on food and drink are brilliant. Set near the sea front. We are regular customers.

Always clean and warm. Lovely staff. Great food which is well priced. Car park nearby. Also near seafront so great place to walk before or after eating. Definitely recommend

This is our first visit to Iconic and have to say we were impressed. Neat and clean and good set up so you are not on top of each other.Staff very friendly and helpful and get your order straight away without you having to wait ages.Lots of choices for food and for reasonable prices. We went with the lunchtime offer of 2 courses. Food came quickly and was nice and hot.Food was delicious and nice to see homemade chips. Our only gripe was the bbq sauce on the ribs. Way too much and got over the other items. Next time I would get the ribs on a separate plate or ensure only a sprinkle of source is givenMy wife and I had the mini mixed grill and everything was cooked perfectly.The main highlight was the dessert which didn't last long.Would certainly recommend and will certainly be back

Sadly was very disappointed with this place. Was expecting so much more, as it gives the impression of being something special. Menu is OK, food is edible but nothing exciting, staff and service is good, the venue is clean. I wouldn't dine there again unless they make changes. It's a shame, as this place has huge potential to be amazing

Gorgeous venue. Only had a coffee but made very welcome. Clean amazing toilet facilities. Beware those with limited sight. Dark and reflective. Lowestoft is a sad town compared with its heyday but Iconic made it worth the visit along.with the bracing seafront and dock area.

Great place to eat. Tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed the food. Set prices for 2 course daytime meal was £8.95. The food was well cooked and presentation of the food was really appetising. Exceptional service from attentive staff. Very clean place and great decor. I will definitely return here when I'm next in the area. Highly recommended.

I would like to say that the bar is incredibly well furnished, looks great and had a brilliant atmosphere within it. The food I found very good value and the portion sizes were generous, so much so I couldn't eat it all. It was great to have a steak cooked as requested and not be covered in salt. Food was delivered promptly. That is, unfortunately where the compliments end.I had booked a table for my wife's birthday well ahead of time and had asked on the off chance if there was anything they could do to make the evening a bit more special. Was advised they couldn't but more than happy to put up some balloons and bring out a cake if provided. No issues with that. Issue I do have, is not having our reservation at all and then being made to wait around while a table is found for us.Throughout the evening our waitress continued to ask us "what do you want" when taking our orders. The friendliness and approachability of the staff was awful. The place did say (I say did because I've edited the opening times) it was open until midnight so after we finished our meal, which my wife found incredibly greasy we used the bathrooms (there are cameras in there) and decided to have a coffee. It was roughly just after 10pm at this point. So the staff had to turn on the coffee machine reluctantly as they'd already cleaned it in order to make us our drinks. I asked what time they were open till and was told that they stopped serving food at 1030 so thought we still had a while to relax. Needless to say it was difficult to really enjoy the drinks as the staff were hovering near us and at one point actually started cashing up the tills whilst we were in the restaurant. Very security conscious 🤨We promptly finished and asked if they could recommend a taxi service, again, it seemed like this was too much to ask. Fortunately my wife and I aren't the type of people to let it affect our evening but if poor service, a no can do attitude and staff who just want to get home on time affect you, then this is not the place to go. Really a shame, because the rest of Lowestoft has been great.

Had a fab Father's Day meal at Iconic. Sharing fish platter was amazing, so nicely presented and tasted yummy. We all had the roast dinner which at £9.95 including a free drink was a bargain and again really lovely, all freshly cooked and loads of it!! There was 4 of us, we had 3 courses, a drink each and coffee and the bill was £82. I think that's very reasonable and the food was really good along with lovely service and nice friendly staff. Public parking right by the venue too for a small charge. Will definitely be back again when visiting parents. Highly recommend!
