KFC, Lowestoft, UK in Waveney

Great response from the staff members even though I had to be there minutes after they opened. Food was prepared really quick and very delicious. Recommend to pay a visit when you visit Lowestoft :)

What an absolute shambles of a restaurant. Asked for a salad box, apparently they didn't have the right lettuce. Even collect orders with delivery drivers there were getting turned away. 15mim before closing as this means tough luck for customers.

Decent. Standard KFC food but I have seen several people hurt themselves falling over on a greasy and unwashed floor while the teenage staff stood behind the counter looking unbothered.

I really don't like eaten there but thats staffa are nice. Thats ok some people like eaten or not! It's not for me! I has went there I did brought a coke and cookie are nice

The drivethru was busy and there was a bit of queue but that's probably a good sign. I seemed to wait for a while at first but then once I started moving it was quite quick, maybe just one big order at the front of the line? The ordering was easy, we could both hear and understand each other through the intercom. It wasn't long before I got to the window to pay and receive my order. I don't like the layout of the car park entry and exits but that was probably due to town planners rather than KFC. My Chicken wrap was nice, not too keen on the chips though.

What can l say. Absolutely tenable. I complained about this place when visiting six months ago.No apologies then just a voucher for a replacement meal. When l came to use it six weeks latter they told me that the voucher had run out. My experience hadn't.Same complaint no more than 15 badly cooked and cold chips. Soggy very greasy Chicken. Team attitude was very bad.I asked to see the Manager and was told NOT AVAILABLE !! or hiding.I use KFC quite a lot on my travels. Yes l have had issues in 2 or 3 other places over the last 8 years.I have never had such a disgusting meal and service at any other KFC establishment.Dennis

My wife and daughter just returned home having purchased takeaway meals for the whole family. We found that my wife's bag of chips contained just 12 chips. She phoned them and they offered her a free bag of chips next time. How hard can it be to just get an order correct?

The worst kfc i have ever had.Bought a party bucket.14 bits of chicken and not 1 pice of breast meat. All drumsticks and thigh.Was that greasy it soaked through and split the bag all over the car before we got home.Was greated to a sloppy mess.I never complain but this was poor

It's Colonel Sanders finest! The staff work hard and seem cheerful even when obviously overworked. The site layout for cars could be improved, it's a gridlock with cats backed out onto the road at busy times.

Improved since I last used this place a couple of years ago before covid. Now seems a lot cleaner. When I went recently, it wasn't busy and so staff had more time to service customers. Food was hot and excellent as was the friendly and helpful server.
