Morrisons in Waveney

Unfortunately i was shocked about not keeping us safe. The lady behind the till just dipped her bare hands into the knives and forks and placed on the tray. We had table 14. Table 1 had customers and so did table 2. These customers left while we waited for our food. She then gave table 1 to another customer without the table and chairs being sanitized. Table 2 was wiped over with a Jay cloth and given to a new customer. It was even busy. The shopping experience is good but i wont be using the cafe again.

Breakfast snotty poached egg, soggy hash browns,undercooked bacon and fried bread was a doorstop full of fat, worst breakfast I have ever had. Had to complain to the manager and give him his due refunded me and offered me a fresh breakfast which I declined. So they deserve the one star I had to give.

Food was stone cold, Every table was dirty and covered in trays with half eaten food,the window ledges looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever! And we had to Juggle our drinks and extras to the till as they were out of trays. Also all you can hear is the self checkouts"Please scan you morrisons more card...morrisons more card accepted...Thank you! For shopping at morrisons" Will literally hear this in my sleep tonight! Won't be going back thats for sure.

Went here yesterday, was told they cannot do poached eggs. I queried this as it's the easiest thing on the menu to do and there were a crate of eggs behind him. Or her staff overheard and said we have eggs and can do poached 🙄. Had to repeat my order and correct him, there was 5 of us and kept asking if that was the end of the order, i kept repeating 'no, there's 5 of us here!) Was not impressed with this member of staff and almost lost our custom as the majority of us wanted poached eggs. The food itself was lovely, no complaints at all. I would go back, but I'd pray I do not encounter the same member of staff who served us yesterday lunch time 😡

Total disaster with the order, two out of three meals incorrectly served to table. The first one was a spicy veggie burger instead of a chicken burger the second was only missing the toast. There was also a long wait between ordering and the meals being served. HOWEVER the upside was it was sorted out without fuss albeit with another wait. If it wasn't for the abovementioned then probably 4 star

We decided to go for breakfast today and we were told there would be a 40 minute wait for hot food which we were fine with as they were busy! When out breakfast arrived we began eating and realised the bacon was grey and purple! It was definitely out of date and looked horrendous! We ate most of our breakfast but let the staff know that the bacon wasn’t edible. The response was a simple ‘sorry about that’. No offer of money back or any sort of compensation! We definitely won’t be returning and would advise people to check their food before beginning to eat! Shame I can’t upload a photo to show you how awful it looked!

Coffee lovely but don't order food as it takes forever to come and is never overly hot. Cakes very expensive and when I buy a scone I thought it would come with butter but no and was charged 10p for one of the small pats of butter, what a joke.

Absolutely awful dinner chips raw not alot of chicken or sauce very poor meant to be a chicken tikka no food after asking everything gone no juice for kids as as allergic to Orange. After messing about got something similar. With out orange in.

Surprisingly cheap and nice food. Can get quite busy at peak times but the waits aren't too long. It's a pay at the counter then table service situation and the staff are friendly. Lots of food choice.
