Nemo's Fish Restaurant and Tearoom in Waveney

I think I’m going to be hard pushed to find better takeaway Fish & Chips. We called ahead to order our takeaway, the staff were really friendly & our Order was ready at the time we requested.

It is always a good sign that there is a queue outside the shop, but that queue went down in no time. I haven't had a doner kebab for a while but heard that Nemo's only stock high quality doner meat. I was shocked how good it was. Instead of the usual mono taste this was clearly made from good ingredients as you can taste them individually. The texture was fantastic and it was a sad moment when I finished the generous portion. The chips are perfect in every way. The shop is clean and really well presented. I can't wait to go again when I'm next in the area.

Be good of they open before 4pm on most of the days

Passed by Nero's after a very long walk from the crooked house pub ordered kebab meat and chips absolutely beautiful fully staffed and very quick service would definitely recommend best chippy I've been in in a long time definitely recommend to anyone

Very good quality delivered on a consistent basis. Nemo’s has become a staple Friday night dinner option for us. The large cod is made-to-order so it’s very fresh. Quality of chips is amazing too. Would 100% recommend!They’re well known in the community due to repeat custom and it’s a family ran business; they care, very welcoming and a great attitude in every aspect.Keep it up guys!

Second time coming to Nemo’s. Last time I came was when it first opened (before the refurb). Tonight I ordered through Uber eats having a Large chicken tikka meat & chips with chilli mayo. Wanted battered chips which I stated in the order but unfortunately they don’t do battered chips (hopefully they’ll do it in the future). I paid £8 for this and collected in store. Whilst in the store, all staff members were wearing mask apart from the older lady at the back (hence the 4 stars unfortunately, I take it back if she has underlying health conditions that make her exempt from wearing one 🤷🏽‍♂️). Now the food was very good, the chicken tasted nice however few dry bits - nothing to moan about. The chips were nice as well and what was even better was all the crispy bits left at the end! The sauce was nice (expected the sauce to be spicy). Food came in a eco friendly box which I know that they have invested in heavily. Overall everything was hot and not too greasy. Will be back again when they hopefully so battered chips.
