Excellent Chinese food I got last week. Staff were friendly and efficient

A friendly and generally quick service. Been using this for Chinese takeaway for more than 14 years and had no cause to complain. Can get very busy on occasions so you may have to wait a bit longer than anticipated.

Ordered many times from them and tonight they take hour to come. And driver spends 25 mins looking for are property even tho we order often from them. He finds us 25 mins later and they bring cold food. Call them up and they say they will not bring hot food for us. What a joke.... driver didn't understand English and will now be taking my money and custom elsewhere...

So disappointed. We live a 4 minute drive from New world and we recieved our delivery after 1hour 30minutes. £30 paid for cold food. Rang to complain and offered just 10% off next order. Apparently the food was out for delivery with two other addresses and that's why our food was cold. Not acceptable.

Excellent food, job to get through on phone, often have to try many times without results.

We have used this Chinese for a while always a quick delivery and tasty fresh food. So how disappointed we were tonight. New world have clearly decided to either change suppliers or find ways to cut corners Prawns clearly bought in pre battered and heated up pancake roll was clearly reheated and the chips were soggy. This was a Chinese we rated and would recommend but they have just lost a customer

Just waited an hour and 20 mins for our food! Wasn't warned there would be a long wait or had explanation as to why then the ribs were cold when we got back. Not impressed and won't be going backWished I had cancelled order and got my money back

This is now the only Chinese takeaway that my girlfriend uses.The food is always spot on with a quick service.Price wise simular to other Chinese takeaways in the Lowestoft area if not a fraction cheaper.Plenty of parking available.In my opinion well worth a visit.
