Prezzo - Beccles in Waveney

Absolutely shocking service. I am so saddened to have spent 100 quid on a meal for the 4 of us, to be treated terribly by the staff. At the end of the evening, I thought the waitress was going to start a fight with me in front of my kids, all because I said that the waitress ignored us the whole time we had our meal. We waited for 25 mins just for a drink. We had to ask them!! It then took 1 hour and 50 mins to have our mains. We didn’t even get asked if the food was okay!! It’s basic service is all I expect. I don’t even want fuss, but all I ask for is some average service, not to get completely ignored. I am glad I am not a local to this area. I would be absolutely gutted to have that as my local restaurant surrounded by staff with such awful attitude. Piece of advice, if you don’t like your job - don’t take it out on the customers. Completely put me off going Prezzo ever again

Cannot fault the food! Had a lovely meal with my family. Shame they enforce no cash from the moment walked in door, made sure to give the waitress cash tip :)

Staff were pleasant but there weren't many of them. Service was slow, nobody asked if our food was OK and it wasn't great. Some of the gluten free pasta was cooked, some wasn't and the burger was dripping in grease which ran down my arm and congealed on the plate. They had no chicken and no risotto. Also expensive. Thank goodness for Tesco vouchers

Shame these employers can’t look after there staff and treat new team members with the respect they deserve after offering an employment opportunity to my Son and them not communicating with him with shifts he supposed to work and then let him down.. defo one place to avoid working… absolutely poor management with clearing of his employment with no reason only after two weeks of getting offered a contractIt’s not the place for a young man to start his career to be treated like this

We had a lovely 3 course meal and drink today. The waitress was friendly and helpful and the portions were very generous. We used a voucher offer but that didn't mean the service was compromised at all. We will definitely go again 😋🤩

Fantastic restaurant, first time we have been here. Lovely food, nice atmosphere. Really friendly staff especially Claire our waitress. Had a lovely night out. Me and my partner loved the food especially the calamari. He said it was really nice. Thank you. We will be back. ❤️🍽️

Excellent birthday meal for my daughter tonight. Fabulous service from friendly staff and great food. Monika went above and beyond to make the evening special and was very welcoming. We used tesco vouchers also which was an added bonus. Can't recommend this place enough.

Pros: lovely building, nice open tables. Cons: extremely rude manager who hassled us all night. Wouldn't take Tesco Clubcard vouchers, despite us clarifying everything with the waitress at the beginning of our meal. Embarrassed me into paying and added 2 service charges to our bill without me knowing. I ended up paying £85 for 2 extremely average pasta meals, no alcohol as don't drink. Absolutely terrible service, complained to Prezzo they still haven't answered me after a week, I'm left with £60 of Prezzo vouchers I don't want.

Specially there starter was very nice. And the pasta was very tasty.I'm Highly recommend this place❤️❤️❤️❤️
