Very quick service and the food was lovely, very fresh and good portions. Reasonably priced. This is definitely the best chippie in Halesworth. Have been twice and will now be regulars.

Been thier few times and 9/10 chips are good. Never liked cod but enjoy thiers. Unfortunately not a fan of the sausages but very good chip shop.

I don’t often eat fish & chips as the chips tend to be a bit soggy, with bland fish portions, at an unappealing price.Seashell is so different to all of that!I just had the warmest welcome (I thought the lady there thought she knew me!), my order was taken, paid for and I was out in a very few minutes and I left with the impression they genuinely appreciated my small order.Most importantly, the fish and the chips were sublime. Something about them made them amongst the best I have ever tasted.I don’t make such recommendations lightly.Thank you, I shall be back for more!

Our regular stop for fish and chips. Papa, his family and staff always give a warm welcome. Excellent food, extremely clean premises. The best in town!

Was worried when this place changed hands but tried out under the new management and food was as excellent as before. So such a dissapointment on our last visit. The fish was fine but batter was soggy. Even worse were the sausages in batter as for some reason there was very little batter on them at all . The sausages were on show under about 20 per cent batter and why they were served like this i do not know. The fact that they got it right before means standards have slipped already.

Waiting for my train and looking for somewhere to eat, found this place coincidentally. Such lovely and friendly people! And fish and chips were honestly the most delicious, both were just right. If ever in the area again will surely visit, and like i said, you must come down and visit birmingham ☺ Was very happy to see your faces. Thank you
