Starbucks in Waveney

We have been in a few times and it's our favourite Starbucks. The staff are very friendly even when they're under pressure and super busy

We visited your Lowestoft coffee shop whilst on holiday near there. It wasn’t very busy but there were very few sandwiches, rolls etc on display we chose two three cheese toasties and two Americans coffees with cold milk. The toasties were very hot but bland. The coffees were so strong we couldn’t drink the whole mug. Also had to ask for extra milk as there was barely enough for one drink let alone two. The milk came in a paper cup. The table hadn’t been wiped and one chair was dirty. The floor round the table needed sweeping. Very disappointing and expensive.

Dined in as I was chilling out with my book, enjoying my coffee and cake, I gave four star because the soft seat I nearly sat on was dirty, but I still enjoyed my drink, the staff you helpful and polite,

Visited here today to sit in and have coffee with my son and husband, a lot of the tables needed cleaning as well as the seats with food on. I had to clean the table myself where I wanted to sit, also there was no stirrers to stir the coffee with so I had to use a straw and the coffee had been filled right to the brim so when I opened the lid it spilled on the table and over my hand.They did seem very understaffed with only two people serving although very pleasant and friendly, last but not least the ladies toilet desperately needed cleaning and the hand dryer was out of order and as there was no paper towels to dry my hands on I had to use toilet paper.

Was ignored by staff member for her phone even though she had seen me! Rather a rude attitude like she couldn't be bothered. Another lady was very helpful when I had a query though.

Grubby, scruffy staff member with a Guinness t shirt over a knitted jumper. Dirty grubby hands that needed washing. Coffee was nice though.

I like Starbucks, but for me, anyone on benefits or a low wage, it's an occasional treat. Always very clean, tidy, welcoming and with friendly and helpful staff. Very roomy with lots of tables and chairs, and toilets and a disabled toilet, always clean and well-stocked. I just wish I could visit more often! :)

Ubereats order. Tried ringing Starbucks directly but no answer. Gone off/curdled milk in drink yet has still been sent out?! God knows how this was missed by a "professional barista" or how they can expect someone to drink this... Never have a problem in store but on multiple occasions have had funny smelling drinks, incorrect orders, missing items etc but this is just nasty

I am a Costas fan but the grandchildren are Starbucks fans ( can't win them all ha ) .Clean store and quickly served.Nicely situated in the middle of town and nice to relax and sit back and people watch for awhile.Friendly staff and my Granddaughter's were happy .

Went into Starbucks today in town and was disgusted most of the table needed cleaning had to clean my own before could sit down. The floor was passed disgusting it had so much food and paper all over it. Did take a photo of it but not able to send alongside this review.The server was on her own so meant from placing order to getting the drinks was very slow.
