Swan House Restaurant and Boutique Hotel in Waveney

We stayed here for a night in Margot's room. It was a lovely comfy room with a small balcony, in a perfect location in Beccles. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

A little secret gem of a hotel in the centre of Beccles. Great owner, a friendly welcome. We stayed in Seth's room. (There are 5 rooms in total). Lovely, warm and comfy, super clean room. Tea and coffee etc., little breakfasts in the room too! The bar and area is so lovely too! Thank you and we will return in the future and try another room. The building/rooms date back to 1576, such history!

We used to live in the area and came for a lunchtime coffee. Lovely surroundings and pleasant service. I am glad we came and we may return for those memories again.

A cosy inn at the centre of a small town. I stayed at Seth's room. It's quite small but clean and comfortable👍🏼 Very helpful and kind staff❤️

What a lovely place to stay. We've spent 2nights in Seth's room over the weekend and we absolutely enjoyed it. Clean and well organized place. Everyone were lovely and helpful. The bar was open for us to chill near a fireplace. Thank you! We will be back for sure!

Outstanding! Stayed there with my wife for a wedding, and the service is amazing. The rooms themselves are beautiful. Would definitely recommend, and stay again. Gordon was possibly the most polite guy we’ve had the pleasure to talk too.
