The Huntsman and Hounds in Waveney

Huntsman & Hounds food is good very large portions. The menu is extensive with a good selection for vegetarians. If you wish to visit I recommend you book a table as it is very popular.

The landlord and staff are very friendly, and the food is gorgeous. We have been there several times and never been disappointed. Dog friendly too.

Had a lovely evening meal here. The steak was one of the best I've ever had. And they have nice puddings too. The pub is dog friendly. The staff were friendly polite and helpful. All clean and tidy. Would definitely go back.

Wow what a find this pub was. So friendly welcoming and the food was really good. I can recommend the steak and ale pie. You will never go hungry here the portions are very large. We ate here twice. Excellent.

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast here with friends. Good parking, friendly helpful staff. Excellent choice of food, and with the roasts, a choice of a small or large meal. I had a small meal, but that was still quite a platefull! Tasty, well cooked food. Will certainly be eating here again!

Been past many times but never stopped. Character Suffolk pub. Very welcoming. We had the Special lunch. Omlette and fish and chips. Both were excellent. The fish I'm sure was too big for the lunchtime special. Beer was very good too. Covid rules strictly enforced and hygiene was very good. Will call in again.
