The Queens Head at Blyford in Waveney

Fantastic food! I highly recommend the veggie crocquetes and the falafel. They also make all their own sauces, including burger sauce and a fabulous mayo! Friendly staff, cosy interior - definitely stop by if you’re in the area or heading to walberswick!

Quaint pub feel with the added bonus of friendly staff that have great humour (despite wanting to fight me over an egg custard! 🤣). To be honest, the egg custard was worthy of being fought over, it's that good!

Amazing burgers. Our table had the beef and chicken ones. Both were awesome. Friendly service. Great value

A welcoming, cosy pub. Greeted with a lovely fireplace burning, and the food was outstanding!

Lovely ham, egg and chips. Adnams broadside was lovely. Bar staff friendly and made us all feel very welcome.

Fantastic local pub serving incredible food. Honestly the best roast I've ever had. The landlord & Chef was fantastic, adapted a burger and chips for my pregnant wife and what arrived was stunning. Fantastic waitress that couldn't have done anything more for us, if you're in the area and googling pubs THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU

Our experience of The Queen's Head was very positive. We arrived on a Sunday without a booking after a lovely day in Southwold. The staff managed to squeeze is in, and we had the roast dinner. Wife had the venison, whilst I had the vegetarian option, and daughter had fish and chips.Food was really good, only thing my wife complained about was the pretty hard potatoes... although, I have to say I quite like a (admittedly very) crunchy pot!!! Fish was cooked perfectly, and the chips were good too.All in all, very happy with the staff and service, and will be back again.
