The Swan Inn in Waveney

Fantastic food spoilt by a plague of flies in the Restraunt, what made it more annoying was that there were no flies in the garden. They really need a fly zapper. So dissapoiting as I had such good reports about this place from east end freinds, chavs and mockneys.

Lovely little hidden gem. Me and my partner and our 4 legged friend was looking for a nice pub with some good food. Got more then we bargained for here. Friendly waitress greeted us and served us the most amazing pub food I have ever eaten ( massive compliments to the chef) Presentation was outstanding and the service was impeccable! Throughly recommend this pub/restaurant if your new to the area and looking for a place to eat with top quality food and fabulous service. We will definitely be back if we stay in this area again! Bisscoff cheesecake was to die for 😋

Fantastic little freehouse! Brilliant staff and lovely owner! We had dinner, cocktails and then came back for breakfast in the morning. All food was delicious and just a really great atmosphere! Our food was great, the staff was really nice and accommodating with our 3 y.o. daughter. We particularly appreciated the kid's food, which was really tasty: our daughter loved it!!

1st time at the Swan and found it very welcoming. We had a sandwich lunch with chips and thourally enjoyed it. Landlady was very polite and will go back again when in the area.

Wow!!!Totally accommodating.10/10 for Roast dinner. Perfection.Plate hot, melt in the mouth beef, perfectly cooked veg.All hot, I'm a moaner and need my dinner oven hot. Spot on!!!!!We did notice anyone who's anyone, eats there...😉Leave you to decipher...but this is something special with the customers also.X ❤

We were visiting family in Beccles in our motorhome and were welcomed here for a couple of nights stopover. Claire and her staff could not have been more welcoming. The pub was superbly warm and comfortable and the lovely young lady behind the bar was all smiles and looked after us brilliantly. I strongly recommend the steak - it was tasty, well seasoned and cooked to my request. All the food looked superb cooked by a real chef, lovely experience- thank you

We used to live in the area and returned for old times sake. We were not disappointed. Good food and good service. I am glad we came and we may come back again.

Lovely lunch here today! Very friendly and welcoming staff gorgeous food and a beautiful location.Our son has a dairy allergy and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and really knowledgeable about the menu. They even allowed us to bring our giant dog! Thank you!
