They have good food , I ate their I’ll say 10 times. But more important they don’t seem to like Americans. I over heard me being called a Yarbo I had no idea what that was till I googled it . I went to have lunch at 2:45 they had a large crowd and when I sat at the bar the waitress was amazingly rude telling me I can only have bread and dip . I said I’m here early and would like lunch. She said I was rude and to get out .I was shocked I always am kind and leave a big tip . I understand she was flustered but hay it’s your job . I tried to reason with the manager on email but was again treated rudely.Eat at your own risk they then tried to imply I was rude to someone online to justify their anti America attitude.When I told the waitress I wanted the owners phone number she laughed and said they won’t listen to you .Well when all is said and done I’ve eaten at this place at least 8 times since covid . It’s amazing what a big tip will allow you . The Company banned me lol but a big tip seems to cancel that . Believe me except for the fact it’s the only restaurant in lound I have no choice.Again Anti America but not anti big tip 😆🤣🤣🤣🤣. Be careful what you say management is a bit sensitive.😂🤣😂.Now with mask wearing I eat their often lolThey don’t know it’s the American Yarbo🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Haven't visited for a while, we had the Christmas lunch, excellent food and service, Will definitely return.

Exceptional service from the lovely staff and fantastic food.Went here with my sister's for a drink and some food. The surrounding are very modern and tasteful, with a lovely atmosphere. Food didn't take too long to come and we were not rushed to order at all.The waiting staff went out of their way, to make sure we were well looked after. Very reasonable prices and lovely food, presented beautifully.Will 100% be returning and highly recommend this place, for somewhere to eat and drink.

Excellent food, service and venue. Everything is exceptionally well done, from the ingredients, to the cooking, to the range and quality of drinks. We usually opt for the fish and chips, after recommendations from friends, but everything we have had has been wonderful. The fish and chips are well worth the visit alone, but there is a good range of dishes on the menu, including at least 2 fully vegan ones. I took my mum there earlier in the week and she's already planning to go back soon. You can't book the outdoor tables, but we've always managed to get one, and it's really calm and relaxing sitting out in the country. The inside is lovely too, however. Generous portions of top quality food, served by friendly staff (attentive but not overbearing) - a lovely place to visit. Apologies that my photo doesn't do the food justice!

Only had a starter prawn cocktail, as just wanted a snack but it was amazing and so was their cappocino.

Not your typical pub, rather nicer food.

Six of us, plus a toddler and a dog, turned up without reservations after a long walk around Lound and Somerleyton. We were seated inside and after ordering we were all served within 20 minutes by friendly staff. Food was well prepared. Would thourghly recommend this pub.
