Burger King in Welwyn Hatfield

My son said it was the worst Burger King he had, mine was nothing but okay and after Five Guys this is normally my favourite chain restaurant. Middle station where condiments used to be kept dirty and stained.

No soft drinks available with no alternatives! When asked if we could have milkshake instead we were told we would have to pay extra! Chips were also cold and hard with very small portion. 2 whoppers and 1 plant based whoppers also order which were however very tasty!

The staff were friendly but despite ordering on mobile and confirming I was nearby the staff were confused and didn't appear to see the order. I had to effectively order it again at the counter and show them that I'd already paid for it. This has happened twice now. I'd be fine if I could just order at the counter but the deals on mobile app make things cost about half the price so you are so heavily incentivised to use that instead.The restaurant itself looks very tired and dated. Brown is the main colour and it makes the place look dirty and miserable. It is a shame as the actual food once bought is very nice. I recommend the new vegan options there as they are all very nice

After a long time I went to BK and I must say this branch in Hatfield was very good.Staff very friendly and helpfulFood came as expected of BK quality warm and freshly preparedThe dinning area was also very nice and clean

The drive thru is not good, its waste of time, very slow workers, they are not even fast at non busy time, they will start preparing the order only after we in the counter, we lost almost 15 mins in the drive thru for a double cheese burger. Come on guys unbelievable.

I would love to order for delivery, but my last two orders through Just Eat, the food on receipt has been stone cold. You cannot get through to Burger King/Hatfield, Herts on the phone, it just goes through to voicemail.

Not great given that they failed to give us all the food that we had ordered and paid for, even though I double checked before leaving. I did not have time to go all the way back once I discovered we were missing items. bit annoyed by that

Went in to burger king this afternoon and was met by a customer shouting at the workers, clutching her receipt saying "do you KNOW how to read". The manager handled this situation so well, kept calm and composed and met the lady with understanding. Always baffles me that people think they can treat people on retail or fast food environments with such aggression and rudeness, they don't get paid minimum wage to be treated this way.My order came out really quick and tasted good and the woman serving me was lovely. They're all doing a good job! :)

This is the only burger king in Hatfield or I'd say the only one I know in Hatfield. The staff is great and nice, the place is clean and relaxing. The food quality is great and some meals are even better cooked than in other burger king restaurants. Overall it's good, but not the best

Service was slow even though it wasn't busy. They seemed to forget we were standing there waiting! Chips were dry and hard but the burgers were lovely - Sooo much better than McDonald's burgers and there's a great selection of cold drinks
