Good coffee, good service and very friendly staff. Would recommend if you are in the Galleria shopping centre and want a coffee or quick snack.Visited again today on the 14/6/22. Still great service and great coffee.

Their coffee products are ok, probably better than Costa and Starbucks, but the very arrogant staff are a turn off. Why bother working there if you don't like serving people? It's a customer service role after all isn't it?

I would like to second what the reviewer below said about this particular branch of Caffe Nero feeling like an episode of Cheers. And while we are mentioning people by name:Tina, the Manager, is kind and thoughtful, gets to know her customers, has a lovely sense of humour and does this all while completing orders quickly and correctly. They say that management sets the tone and this is certainly the case here. Tina demonstrates how to work hard while making everyone feel special and you can see it in the rest of her team.Warren (who I know is leaving in a couple of weeks) is always teaching the new trainees in one breath, while running the bar in another, while also doing a quick clean of the empty tables! He will be very much missed and difficult to replace I am sure.Valdo is always so happy, you can feel him beaming across the Galleria! He makes coming into this particular Caffe Nero a real pleasure and do ask for him by name.Outside of the staff, there are a few other reasons to visit this particular branch:- It has a banquette of seats with paired power points - excellent for me as a remote worker with lots of devices to keep charged.- Due to its placement in The Galleria, it is very well protected from draughts. Often you can get very cold if you sit in The Galleria for a long time (for example, in the open Costa seating by the south exit, or the Subway seating area by the north exit.- Due to the unique construction of the branch, it is the one place to eat/drink that is a bit protected from the loud music/speakers in The Galleria- It is often open earlier than The Galleria itself with service available from around 9.30am (entry via Skybridge)During COVID, I spent a lot of time looking for a good place to work each day. I checked out the town centre's options, up by the station, and everywhere in The Galleria. It is my opinion that Caffe Nero is the best option - I can even ask for my usual! Thank you Tina and team - I am one satisfied customer :)

A place where everybody knows your name ... felt like being in an episode of Cheers, Anna was really friendly, made brilliant frap, exceptional service from her. Great place to chill with family after shopping. Social distancing put in place ... Must ask for Anna by name, made our experience exceptional. Thank you

Due to Covid and there only being two staff (who were very friendly) the wait was quite long. All this business of people have to check in etc takes time.In my opinion it would be better if they employed a pensioner to clear away the tables, we couldn't sit where we wanted to because the table of our choice was full of empty cups and plates, plus it wasn't clean. This is a problem I find within many cafes. To employ a pensioner is a nice way of helping out the local community instead of some faceless persons on another continent. The coffee was good, although it could have been hotter.A hint, always ask for full fat milk if that's your preference.Photo, one of the views from the cafe.

Another very nice branch of the Ceffee Nero chain, this one in the Galleria outlet mall. While it is inside the mall, it is open on three sides, coupled with the high ceiling of the mall and the open space in front, the café has an outdoor feel. I particularly like the rattan chairs with small round tables and the awning, they give a Parisian feel. A must go to coffeeshop when shopping in Galleria.

This place is filthy. Not one clean table to sit at. Junk everywhere and its first thing in the morning. Clearly last shift did not tidy and neither did the one just started. Totally put me off my massively overpriced coffee and will certainly not come again
