I popped in yesterday with my mum and daughter. The toilet is possibly the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I reported it to staff who just said ‘thank you’ this isn’t a days worth of dirt- or a week. I don’t know when this was last cleaned 🤮.I will try and attach photos.

Relaxing to just sit and have coffee

Not sure about the hygenie of this place . Tea spoon was clearly not washed. Coffee is sometimes good sometimes bad. Luke warm flat white!??? They need to train staff about hygenie and how to make coffee.

·

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy branch. The nicest Costa I have been too.

·

Absolutely awful service !! Takes them 10 mins to make you a coffee , all over the place they are

·

Slow service although there were plenty of staff. They were uninterested in the customers, the gent in front of us was given takeaway cups although he was eating in and staff had to be reminded that he wanted cakes too! Our food was left to go cold whilst our coffee was being made, and they added too much milk despite being asked for 'short' coffee. We won't be going back to this store.

Inside the coffee smell to bad.The table's and chairs is so dirty. The floor also .This is a place to eat and drink no i think everything needed to be clean

·

Good store usual quality Costa food and drinks. Staff are friendly. Can get busy, but would definitely recommend

As usual Costa delivered a Brill coffee experience. Bit disappointed with the gluten free options food wise. There are a lot of us about and we want nice cakes etc to have with our drinks. Good sales opportunities lost.

This specific Costa seems to be very inconsistent with its service. If your lucky nothing will go wrong and you’ll get the best possible service you can ask for. But if you not then you will come across young servers who are too busy talking to their colleagues, making mistakes and are careless with your order. This was also an issue when one person dropped a pastry and asked if it needed to be changed! I would recommend it on the good days, but on some days it may not be the place you want to take a friend when your out for a good time.
