Domino's Pizza in Welwyn Hatfield

Good deal on lunch time pizza. Friendly staff.

Ordered two pizzas which arrived on time, but the cheese was sweaty. The bottom pizza had been squashed in the delivery pouch so half the cheese was stuck to the lid of the box. Most pizzas come with the little white table thingy to stop this happening. Overall it was one of the nastiest pizzas I’ve ever had the misfortune of paying for. I ate one slice then had a bowl of wheat a bix.

Would give a 0 if I could. Food arrived cold and items missing. Driver said would be back with missing items, never returned. Food was cold and after ringing was told voucher would be on the system for next order. Went into store tonight and yes you've guessed it no voucher on system. They're customer service is appalling. Will never use them again having always used them. Disgusting service

First delivery over an hour late and cold. In fairness they offered replacement but they then forgot to send out until chased and asked for a refund. Over 2 hrs in total. Will not be ordering again.

Would do 0 of I could. Would not accept our order. Would not provide a solution to a dairy free pizza that wasn't a selected vegan only pizza. Terrible service. Hung up on the Girl friend however would discuss for 10 minutes to me a man. Digesting place and will not order again

Pizza's looked like they had exploded in the box! Rang and asked for the order to be resent. The replacements arrived an hour later cold. The driver thought there was nothing wrong with the initial order! Should have gone to Specsavers!

The rude Pakistani guy in the Till with glasses was serving me. The way he took the order and not wearing the gloves while making the pizza was not acceptable. No wonder Covid will spread like this.Found black hair in my pizza. Oh, please come on, is this dominos standard with this type of service keeping rude and unhygienic people as a staff member.

Food warm not hot. Drink did not arrive with order. Took 3 hours and 3 phone calls for this to be resolved. Not good customer service.

Disappointing that having ordered a pizza and given waiting time of 12 minutes only to arrive to collect and finding ive to wait 45 minutes......My pizza was then thrown in the box causing the topping to slide off. A complete mess, no organisation by staff and extremely unprofessional.

Found a human nail and a black hair in the pizza. I couldn’t eat it. I called to complain and was mocked and refused a refund while someone was laughing in the background and shouting in Arabic. ( sounded like they was having a ball ) I called head office and got nowhere They said they couldn’t do a refund their end as it had to come from the store. I had to call my bank to claim my money back. Don’t order from here it’s a waste of money and terrible service
