Domino's Pizza in Welwyn Hatfield

Pizza was cold as ice and hard as wood.. Domino's is just like giving wrost pizza at University of Hertfordshire stall on 25-1-2021...seen wrost pizza in life and just extracting hard earned money from the innocent students...its disgusting man

Worst experience with the store manager imran and the guy who delivered the pizzas he is so rude and not supportive

Had a delivery driver called Cristi. Ordered to the Uni and gave instructions on where to go (which every other food delivery place seems to understand) only to be given a rude phone call and told we’re in the wrong place. Then had to walk 5 minutes up the road in the freezing cold. To which we received a phone call from someone there telling us he has been waiting 20 minutes. Not only do they have poor delivery drivers with bad customer service, they also hire liars. By the time we got back to our accommodation, the food was cold and I was in the worst mood ever. Then opening it, the box was incredibly flimsy and there was food stuck to the top of the box because there wasn’t a stopper

This Domino's is ELITE pizza.Ordered to my house once when I was on my way home in the taxi, told the driver to leave the pizza by the garage, got home half an hour later it was cold and raining and the pizza was still piping hot and delicious

Total scam and worst customer service. I ordered but never got my food. When i called them they first blamed me than told me they brought the stuff to another campus and when i told them that they should not bring the order to a random bus stop 10min walk away hung up on me. Never got food nor a refund.

Terrible customer service from the lady working the 6th of November at approximately 17pm.I purchased 3 sauces and due disgusting customer service I had to leave with 2 sources to avoid further argument.

Wanted to buy pizza but as I was waiting for my daughter to text me her order,was surprised to see all the staff had masks under their nose only covering mouth. Is this the right way to use masks? Please correct me if I am wrong. Time was 18:15 on the 26/10/20.

My pepperoni passion was absolutely not up to scratch. It should have 4 slices of pepperoni per slice, in reality some slices had only a half. The cheese beneath the meat was lacking, there was a large area where it was simply sauce then crust. This made the pizza very dry and bland, completely unenjoyable. The double cheese on top was also very small, completely burnt and each individual piece of cheese visible. When I contacted the branch to inform them of this, they told me that I was mistaken, and that is how that pizza should be. If this is how it should be, I definitely wouldn’t order here again. Especially since I know for a fact it shouldn’t be this was as I used to work for a dominos branch. I was told next time I ordered I would be given free garlic bread, excellent, not only is my meal ruined, but if I actually want my compensation I will have to spend more money here, something I certainly do not want to do.Delivery driver was friendly enough, only reason I would say it’s a one star place, that guy deserves a raise. Very dissatisfied, not at all the quality the brand has shown me at my previous outlet. Do not recommend one bit.
