Flame Grilled Kebabish in Welwyn Hatfield

Ordered a 'MILD' chicken tikka wrap. It was tasty but it certainly wasn't mild! After 2 bites my mouth was on fire so I dread to think what the hot is like! Also, it could have done with a little less sauce as it was rather soggy!

Waited 1hr 40mins from order to delivery. Called after 60mins to be told on way 25mins later chasing again. The place is only 5mins drive from order location. Food luke warm/cold on arrival. Won't be ordering again, doesn't use uber drivers so no solid updates or tracking if ordered via uber eats app.

Decent food but they’re all over the place and a bit unorganised.

I orders two double burger and one half peri peri chicken. The buns were burned and the taste was utterly tasteless. Neither staff nor premises were clean and they were very unprofessional. Last but not least. I would never ever have food from them would never recommend anyone

What a dirty place is this , council have to visit this place . People work here no idea about food and hygiene

Has to be the worst peri peri in the franchise. Guys never listen to you when you order. Always have earphones in thier ear. Only give one chilli sauce when you've ordered a £40 worth of food.

Today I was there with my little kids and wife for a dine-in. Suddenly, wastewater started to leak out from the ceiling and wet my elder daughter. When I complained seems like they don't care. Then we came back home because there is no condition for dine-in. The food was horrible, one fried chicken was so salty that I have to through it away.

Very bad customer service. We ordered chicken tikka spicy rice. The rice which I got was not like what I have ordered. When we asked them politely that the rice is not like what I have asked for. One of the staff members named Rajshekar naidu took rice & threw it in a bin without checking and started to argue. He was very rude. Later we asked why did you throw rice in the bin without checking, then he put his hand in the bin, took out rice & squeezed & showed the rice was not jucy in front of other staff & customers. when we asked for the shop owner’s name to complain but he refused to give. We are regular customers & have been ordering with them for a long time. He lost the trust of customers who had been ordering with them for nearly 15 years when the shop was called kebabish. There is no one there to listen to your complaint in the shop and staff are ready to argue. I am expecting a reply from the owner if he cares about customer service.

Great food, decent price, OK customer service.In busy periods food might take longer to get ready. Only 20 seats inside, place smells kebab like other kebab shops.Must try food: Grilled Chicken with naan bread. If you like spicy food, make it spicy.
