Giardino Cafe in Welwyn Hatfield

Avoid this place at all cost. Clearly did not take on board previous Feedback so do not bother replying with a generic one. They microwave everything to the point that you cannot touch the plate and the food just looks unappetising and horrid. No surprise they empty. There is £22 down the drain. Seriously avoid, needless to say never ever will i spend a penny with this brand

didn't want full english nor a hot drink at the time, so we only ordered eggs on toast, one portion poached and one scrambled to be precise, both arrived very underwhelming, the eggs were small and served unprofessionally overcooked and incorrect... and for that matter much overpriced!

The ad said 'A fantastic selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free'. Neither of the staff knew what vegan meant and I was informed my only option was salad. (R6.25 for a tiny portion). My companion had a toastie which was so lightly toasted, the cheese hadn't even melted. No wonder the place was empty and Costa was full!

Had various food items with 4 other people, food was good and plenty of it. Best coffee in the galleria

The freshly made orange juice was great! They have good selection of foods and drinks.

Avoid this place and read this review!They microwave their food... the spaghetti bologne was laughable... the spaghetti was as really thin, there actual bologne sauce and meat was non existent, it was so little I basically was eating only pasta, the ingredients smelt like they were a day old or expired. I will expect myself to be on the toilet later today... the people working today was so out of it.We asked "is there sauce on the bologne"she replied " lasagna?" 🤦‍♂️I don't know what to say the whole dish costs 7 pounds... I can get a better meal at burger king for 4 pounds! Dear lord!

Always friendly service. The food is always freshly prepared and tasty. Value for money. Big portions. We had to take some of our lunch home. Much better to support individual businesses than the big chains.

M Flat white notbad and a Croissant for £2.95 is a good deal. Croissant cold but ok.Shame the lady was cleaning all the chairs so the constant noise of her dragging the chairs along the floor ruined what would have been a relaxing coffee.
