Visited on a Saturday and despite it not being too busy it felt a bit understaffed - the coffee machines were out of coffee and we ended up wiping our own table down. That being said the staff that served us were friendly enough and the food was served hot and was of a decent enough quality. It's not our favourite spoons but it is also not the worst

Used to like this pub but lately they seem to be getting away with a lot. Either sometimes not giving me any dip with my halloumi fries. One time there I had no sauce In my wrap. I had to say something .The other thing they are getting away with is only filling my glass half way.i ordered a drink of parma violet gin with coke yesterday. Bearing in mind that's quite an expensive drink. It's over ÂŁ4. This is what I got when the drink came to me. In that picture , none of it had been drank at all. Its not the first time it has happened either. I feel because people dont say anything, they think they can get away with it.

Not worth it. we waited 35 minutes for a Pepsi. I asked a number of staff members politely if they wouldn’t mind checking where our drinks are but they just responded with “the bar is busy”. I do understand it gets busy but generally wasn’t met with much friendliness from staff.Food was nice enough.

Worst experience ever. Had to ask for a new drink as it had black floating bits in it. Requested a rare steak got two well done steaks and finally on the third try it had a suggestion of blood. Went past the one hour free parking to then be turned down for cash back to pay for the further parking that was required due to poor service and the acting manager was more than comfortable for the bar staff to be rude.

Modern big clean pub serving food and drinks. Nice outside area. Free parking for one hour with ticket. Amazingly cheap free refill coffee. Check out the Boeing 747 engine cowling seats, SO cool!

Drinks were cheap and good. Ordered Garlic bread and they brought me a dry and chewy pizza. As far as I can remember only 2 ladies toilets had paper in them and even there it was a nightmare trying to get it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Great Wetherspoon pub with more than a casual nod to the aircraft industry roots of much of Hatfield.Various booths are actually made from old 747 engine cowlings and the bar has parts of a fuselage.on it .As with all of the chain there's a great range of beer and they're restaurant was really busy when we visited. The only downside is that the car park offers only short stay for free but the charges are quite steep for a ticket. However as the beer is well priced it does lessen the cost of an evening spent here or in the surrounding area.

This is a newish wetherspoon, so not a converted cinema etc. Well lit Establishment, unlike some that I've visited. Prices of the food and drinks are very good. Served by friendly, helpful staff. Clean and convid friendly. Outdoor seating is available for smokers and a separate outdoor seating area for non smokers. Toilets are clean and close to the main seating area.

Very clean and tidy. You order the items from your app at your table then all your order is delivered to your table. Good service.
