Hatfield Kebab House in Welwyn Hatfield

There is spose to be kebab meat on this pizza there are scraps of meat!cheese tastes sweaty&like it is weeks old!DO not recommend!

Please kindly ask your leaflet drop people to respect a "NO JUNK MAIL" sign on people's doors and letter boxes!!! Also please ensure your leaflets are not littering.

Rude people rude customer service food wasn't correct when called up and told them got abuse never going back to these again asked for plain food to be sent with cheese and salad dog woundnt even eat it and that says something

Hygiene in this place is terrible and customer service very poor and they messing up orders all the time.

Not halal. Asked them for a certificate they said "sorry we cant share that with you". Restaurant owners like this make me sick

Hi first of all the young guy that dont speak english very unprofessional was touching himself and serving food very unhygienic will never be back and highly do not recommend this place if they have workers like this

Usually love the food. But when you call to speak to someone it is very noisy and they can't understand what you are saying and you can't understand what they are saying. Which is sad because their food is nice. The website is also a little glitchy so I have ended up clicking the wrong thing a couple of times now. I was a regular customer but I think that will change if it carries on

Has anyone ordered food from this restaurant twice? I ordered once, There is no other restaurant in Hatfield that gets such dirty food

AVOID!I ordered X2 lamb kebabs and it come with 4 pieces of lamb and minimal salad , i asked for chilli peppers which i didn't receive. As well as the kebabs i also ordered a portion of chips which arrived so cold some were frozen in the middle!!!! When calling to complain i was told my food "was not cold because it was just sent" the lady on the phone was so rude i had to go through just eat to get a refund. Will not order again!!!

My first time ordering from this kebab place.. Have to say it was really nice, salad was fresh, meat was good. My only complaint would be no chilly peppers but can live without them and will request them next time ' I asked for garlic mayo and no chilly sauce think this is why i got no chilly peppers ' .From order to delivery it took only 20 mins .
