Kfc in Welwyn Hatfield

Not the best. The staff were OK. Lucy was amazing. The chips were only luke warm and the chicken stacker was not hot and very small for the price. The Chicken stacker meal is definitely not a great deal as the portions are small even though I ordered a large. The chips were only warm and very soft and brown. There were no napkins so I had to ask and the tables were not clean. Not the best experience from a KFC.

After waiting 45 minutes for an order, given sass by one of the employees and told "sorry, but not sorry" Disgusting behaviour and attitude

Very unclean, staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Toilets were disgusting, no care in the restaurant, tables left uncleaned, won't be going back

Ordered through Just Eat. Only 5 mins from my home. Ordered the meal for one and the meal was warm! Drink was warm! Chips.. small. Only good thing was earlier than expected time. Will not order from this restaurant again.

KFC Welwyn 🤬😡🤬😡⚠️Welwyn Hatfield Times⚠️Ordered food today and been waiting patiently, finally our order number pop up the screen to collect, I’ve asked the 2 ladies in the counter (huddled together and chatting ) to collect my food and they told me its not for me its for the Deliveroo driver. So me and my son waited again, so when one member of staff came up to the till and asked what are we waiting for, I said well I guess our food!?! so cutting the story short they given our food in the Deliveroo driver!!So we are standing there, my son is hungry and waiting for nothing, then the lady told me to wait for another further 20 minutes, also due to no more chickens left and to have a sit, The hell?! no chicken !?! seriously sit where?!? floors unswept, chairs and tables not cleaned, not even wiped down, disgusting and severely dissapointing service! How on earth you expect people to sit and enjoy their food?!KFC Welwyn Garden City management you better sortout your staff, pay attention to detail and your service to your customers, seriously!It needs an inspection.See attached photos ⚠️YOU DO REALLY VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL..look at the state of that..

Really bad experience. Two times messed up my orders and I had to go back to the shop.The latest one end up one young lady claiming that we as the customer should be checking our food order before we leave the shop. Although the manager apologise with the member of staff in charge of picking up order has apologise too. But with the young lady attitude and the way she treat the customer, I really hope the manager will lecture her on about customer service and how to check orders before sending it out to customers!!! A lot of training needs to be in place!!!!

Wait time was reasonable, (if you ordered a family pack, took me 25 - 30 minutes waiting time + some sides), but the problem and why im giving 3/5 stars is the packaging.-2 star reason = The packaging wasn't strong enough to support 6 chickens, 5 boxes of fries (xxl), some sides etc corn, sauces.The bag instantly ripped and 2 boxes of 5 worth of fries are gone. + soda,Would recommend another bag inside + other bags to keep the food warm, the packaging wasn't good..Overall good quality food!

Friendly staff. Good location near the train station. on the way home after Beers in London it's hard to resist.

Food was good and the usual KFC quality. Gravy was nice and hot and a good thick consistency. Loads of chips in my mega box. So great value. Lots of indoor seating which is great for us. The seating area could be cleaner thou. Tables needed wiping down and floor needed cleaning as it felt slippery. Overall good thou.

Found a hair in a burger…Ordered KFC for lunch at work via Deliveroo, total order was over £55.The food was good until we opened a Zinger Stacker box meal, the burger had a dark hair in the burger under the bun, melted into the cheese.Disgusting and very unhygienic, completely put us off our food and won’t be ordering again from them soon.
