KFC in Welwyn Hatfield

Ordered with the new touch screen machines and entered a table number, then they just shouted out the number so had to walk up to get the food (Fine but why give the option for table service?!) Chips had absolutely no flavour and were soggy. Chicken fillets were ok and the wrap was a 3/10. Won't be going back here again. My mates burger was that bad he only had 2 bites and left the rest! The lettuce looked about a week old. Complete waste of money.

Would it kill you to call me to say you don't have corn on the cob and cookies instead of bringing me 2 additional bags of paper chips that went straight to the trash? Refresh the menu and the oil because it hasn't been changed for months! Had much better meals in KFC in Costa Rica which felt like a gourment restaurant comparing to this. Never again.

I've not had the best experiences from KFC and dont go often.Arrived at 22:30 and ordered 2 piece chicken and asked for drumsticks.Got 2 drumsticks which were freshly cooked, not sitting around getting soggy like every other time ive been. Hot, crispy and very juicy.

Minimum wage truly equals minimal effort at this "fine" KFC establishment. Had better service ordering a meal on GTA by an NPC than those behind the counter here. The fact they can't read a receipt and put the right items in the bag truly says a lot. And don't forget the lovely addition of rats roaming the outside 👍🏻 If you love poor service, paying for items and not receiving them and Ratatouille, you'd love Hatfield's KFC

Had the absolute best customer service experience from Ioana this evening. She’s extremely friendly, efficient and went to the extra mile to make my KFC experience enjoyable.

3rd time at this KFC in less than 2 weeks & every single time we’ve been given food with mayo after specifically asking for it without - when will this store rectify this issue? Allergies really need taking more seriously as this could potentially put someone’s life at risk down the line.

Be careful! Machine you talk trough mumbling your words that staff have no clue what you order and please do not get upset with them. They are humans too and they do they best. Otherwise they will refuse to serve you.

Rubbish service, kitchen surfaces look like they need a good scrubbing.25 minute wait for supposedly fast food. Prioritsed the delivery orders. Place was a complete mess

Unfortunately this was a delivery order. Tried to contact KFC direct to complain but no one answered telephone. Wrong item sent, quality of food very poor, Fries over cooked and cold positive cornon cob was edible and tins if tango were cold. Oh dear KFC you really let yourself down

Terrible kfc. always stale chicken or undercooked. This is a very terrible service always always. I wonder why they are still in operation. I'm always disappointed. Learn from other branch especially Nigerian branch.
