Mcdonald's Restaurants in Welwyn Hatfield

1 star is generous. It’s almost as if this branch weren’t informed of the concept of “fast” food. Waiting times are ridiculous and food is always cold. Coke tasted watery too which was the icing on the cake of my disappointing meal.

I've been today and meanwhile waiting for my order I saw 2 of the managers one with a blonde ponytail and a brunette one talking with the staff. I felt uncomfortable just to see them how they talk with the employees. I didn't had to hear what they were saying as their attitude towards them was despicable. You can tell just by watching that is not an pleasant work environment for the staff. No matter what position you have, you need to treat people with respect, even when you tell them to do something, period. This should be taken in consideration and revised.

Shocking restaurant. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star.. fed up of constantly waiting 20/25 minutes for food and even when it finally arrives it isn't even hot! Something has to change. It's been like this for over a year now. So disappointed. I'm ways hoping it will get better but it never does.

Lovely service! Was especially impressed by one of the employees, her name was Casey I believe. She was very kind and very helpful when my order went wrong. Will make sure to come back soon! Great service!! Loved my Big Mac, was actually very impressed, best quality Big Mac I have ever had. I think it was made by the employee named Jay!

Probably the last time I will go here because everytime I go I have wait an inordinate amount of time for my order, even when preordered on the app. 20 mi minute wait for a cheese burger and fries. If I could have cancelled my order through the app I would have. Staff seem nice enough but since McDonalds started doing online delivery orders they seem overwhelmed. Priority seems to be given to Deliveroo etc while walkins have to wait a long time for even the smallest of orders. The place is crowded by discruntled customers, frustrated families and delivery drivers rushing in and out with big insulted boxes. Lock down is over, McDonalds does not need delivery services anymore. If they think they do they need to rethink their processes because their fast food is not fast anymore.

Didn't fulfill the order which I found out once I got it home, food was not prepared for duration I've come to experience in the past as chips were not quite cooked to usual standard pale and soggy.Was very busy, most of which due to deliveroo type collection orders.

Uber order wrong again. Ordered large meal double big mac. Plus 2 other large meals. What turns up.......all small meals and a single big mac. Not happy again. The restaurant in Welwyn is useless

Worst Macds around! Has been like this for the past year or so now. I went in for a quick take away last night and had to wait 45mins for our food, the last couple of times I have been to this one it was the exact same. There were delivery drivers standing around all over the place, all shouting at each other and at the staff because their orders weren't ready. The delivery drivers get preference over customers coming in for food. Was absolutely ridiculous and will not use this branch again.

Waited 20 mins. Cold chips. Coke is odd. Burgers were warm. Pudding was left out of order. The worst mcD. Avoid.

Kiosk printers always malfunctioning, sometimes you're better off ordering from the front counter, service fairly quick (call your IT service desk!) toilets there are a bit on the down side, best off ordering as a takeaway and go about your business.
