Avoid at all costs. Customer service non existent. People preparing food after filling bins and wiping mouths without washing hands or wearing gloves. Staff rude and laughing at customers who complain. Manager has no control and does not care.

Slow service but is a standard McDonald's, would be better if there weren't undesirables gang Ng around outside making you feel uncomfortable

Disgusting inside, floor and tables filthy.Rubbish on 90%of tables, bin area overflowing with rubbish.Waited nearly 30 minutes for food, in the end cancelled and got a refund!!

Well where do I start very short staffed 3 out of 5 staff standing around doing Nish kebab took 30 minutes to get my food I thought it was fast food not slow food restaurant place was an absolute mess rubbish was overflowing out of the bins on the counter and soon ended up on the floor like me on a glorious Saturday night so decided to get a refund and go to the kebab gaff outside

i dont care enough to complain formally but the last few times ive eaten here, they've gotten details of my orders wrong. such as leaving out items i wanted as well as leaving in items ive removed. if i had an allergy or intolerance, thatd be a major issue yet luckily its just a preference thing.

1 star is generous. It’s almost as if this branch weren’t informed of the concept of “fast” food. Waiting times are ridiculous and food is always cold. Coke tasted watery too which was the icing on the cake of my disappointing meal.

I've been today and meanwhile waiting for my order I saw 2 of the managers one with a blonde ponytail and a brunette one talking with the staff. I felt uncomfortable just to see them how they talk with the employees. I didn't had to hear what they were saying as their attitude towards them was despicable. You can tell just by watching that is not an pleasant work environment for the staff. No matter what position you have, you need to treat people with respect, even when you tell them to do something, period. This should be taken in consideration and revised.

Shocking restaurant. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star.. fed up of constantly waiting 20/25 minutes for food and even when it finally arrives it isn't even hot! Something has to change. It's been like this for over a year now. So disappointed. I'm ways hoping it will get better but it never does.

Probably the last time I will go here because everytime I go I have wait an inordinate amount of time for my order, even when preordered on the app. 20 mi minute wait for a cheese burger and fries. If I could have cancelled my order through the app I would have. Staff seem nice enough but since McDonalds started doing online delivery orders they seem overwhelmed. Priority seems to be given to Deliveroo etc while walkins have to wait a long time for even the smallest of orders. The place is crowded by discruntled customers, frustrated families and delivery drivers rushing in and out with big insulted boxes. Lock down is over, McDonalds does not need delivery services anymore. If they think they do they need to rethink their processes because their fast food is not fast anymore.
