I would never usually eat in the gimmicky restaurants of Welwyn Garden City however it just so happened I was with a friend in Welwyn hungry. We popped into this restaurant and granted the electricity is expensive and it was warm that night however the air con wasn't on and they wouldn't turn it on. We sat there in a pool of sweat laughing about it.Let's get to the Turkish food which was about as traditional as a bancock flea market and an embarrassment for the all the silly holiday makers which know no better places to go looking for that meal they had on holiday. The chicken was raw, literally pink inside and the mayonnaise was tepid warm which signaled danger. The bread was also cold and the raw meat was all thrown onto a sorry plate. To top off the night we paid £70 for 2 people.I've given 2 stars as the service staff a young guy and the lady were very nice however they can't manage what the chef pumps out.Let's just say I had loads of pebble dashing jobs the next day. They need to talk to the chef or cook. It's very important to cook chicken and meats thoroughly!

Excellent food, great value. The service was good but a little slow.

I’ve never before reviewed a restaurant. But I found this place so disappointing! Worst Turkish restaurant I’ve been to! Food was tasteless and the salad was off has given me a really bad tummy! I ordered a main but they gave me a starter then when they brought my main was 1 falafel different. All the meat dishes had rice added but I had to ask I ate 1 falafel and left my plate as seen below

First time trying this place. Food is really tasty - meat delicately spiced and cooked to perfection, salads fresh and full and of flavour. Staff friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Went to misya last night, traveled there from flitwick, the only reason we went was because my 16yr old daughter started her first job there and I wanted her to see how proud I am. But all of that aside the food and the atmosphere were of the very highest order and I would recommend to any body that likes grill food to try. Also the staff are so friendly and the have a man playing the violin on a Friday which was great. All in all we absolutely loved the place and thanks for a loverly night.

My first experience on Saturday; how far does customer service go; how better can it get, it's in table service, restaurant niceties and thoughtfulness and Misya Meze & Grill does all that and more.

This was our first time to be eating here and omg the food was absolutely delicious. The place is very nice and cozy. The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best, actually number one best restaurant in Hertfordshire. Im definitely going back and recommending everyone who lives around this.

I've been to many Turkish restaurants but I've found this one overpriced for what you get. Overall the food is cooked well.

First time visiting this establishment and it was not a good experience overall from start to finish. A table was booked for a group of 4 people and upon arrival there was a 10-15 wait outside the door until somebody greeted us. After ordering the food, it took more than one hour to arrive. The staff were quite rude and the place was very loud and busy with staff rushing off their feet. The whole environment sounded like we was sitting in the kitchen with the washing up going on with loud sounds of cutlery, glasses and cups rubbing each other and staff shouting followed by excessively loud music. My guest ordered a sea food platter and paid extra for the Swordfish which was on the menu. They received Sea Bass instead and after mentioning to a staff member that this isn't Swordfish, they explained it was when it wasn't and didn't listen to the customer at all. We asked for the manager who hesitantly fetched the Swordfish... This took around 20-30 Minutes to arrive. I wouldn't visit again.
